基于嵌入式微处理器的激光雕刻机系统研究与开发

【摘要】 本文针对激光雕刻机的控制要求和委托企业的设计要求,研制开发出了基于嵌入式微处理器的高性能激光雕刻机数控系统,着重解决了加工过程中的速度和精度要求,有效提高了激光加工的生产效率和系统的整体性价比。论文对基于嵌入式微处理器实现的激光雕刻机控制系统进行了研究,并完成了控制系统的软硬件设计开发。论文针对基于嵌入式DSP(Digital Signal Processor,数字信号处理器)处理器的数控系统的软硬件实现,DM642和FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array,现场可编程门阵列)高速PCB(Printed Circuit Board,印刷电路板)设计等方面作了重点研究。最终样机系统的软硬件联调表明,本系统的功能和性能达到了预期设计要求。具体的研究内容包括:1)分析激光雕刻加工的原理,对影响系统性能指标的关键问题作了深入分析研究,并给出具体的控制系统实现方案;2)硬件上,采用TI新型高速DSP处理器DM642,充分利用其强大的数据处理能力,并结合FPGA实现了系统组合控制;3)设计开发出基于DM642和FPGA实现的高速PCB硬件系统;4)开发出基于DSP/BIOS内核技术实现的控制系统软件。

【Abstract】 This paper according the control demand of laser carving machine and the requirement of Client, design and develop a high performance laser machine control system based on embedded processor, resolve the problem of the speed and precision requirement,finally productivity gain effectively and have a high performance low cost of the system.Laser carving machine system based on embedded processor is researched and developed in this paper.In this paper we complete the hardware and software design based on embedded DSP processor,and as the key-point researched the high speed PCB design of DM642 and FPGA. The final model machine on-line debug display the founction and performance of the system attained the anticipation design demand. The main research work as follows:1) Analysis the principle of laser processing,research the key reason influence of the performance index of system and give the scheme implementation system2) In hardware design ,using the new DSP processor of TI-DM642, utilizing its’high performance of data processing and combine FPGA realization the control system3) Research the high speed PCB system design of DM642 and FPGA4) Research control system software based on DSP/BIOS kernel technique
