【摘要】 校园文化建设是学校教育发展的重要组成部分，校园文化渗透在学校教育的方方面面，对学校培养人才是必不可少的。随着现代化建设的飞速发展，仅靠普通高等教育已不能满足经济建设和社会发展对高素质人才培养的需求以及劳动者对知识的渴望，特别是终身教育时代的到来，成人高等教育越发显示出超凡的重要作用，独立设置成人高校是我国实施成人高等教育的重要场所，承担着为社会主义现代化建设有效地培养德、智、体全面发展的实用型、复合型的专业技术人才和管理人才，因而成人高校培养的成人学员质量也越来越受到人们的关注。独立设置成人高校由于办学历史短暂，缺少历史文化积淀，加之激烈的生存竞争造成的急功近利的应对，使校园文化建设这个学校恒久生命的所在被忽略了，在一定程度上造成了知识传授与文化脱节，单纯技能的提倡和强调淹没了校园文化应有的位置，而有关校园文化研究者们往往把关切的目光投注在普通高等教育领域，独立设置成人高校则较少有学者涉足，而且在仅有的研究中，往往是普通高等教育领域校园文化建设的照抄照搬，遮蔽了独立设置成人高校自身特色，这使得独立设置成人高校校园文化建设不容乐观。本文在对山东省独立设置成人高校校园文化建设调查分析的基础上，力图发现其中存在的问题，并以成人学员为中心、依据成人学员特点探索其相应对策，构建具有独立设置成人高校自身特色的校园文化建设体系，以期引导独立设置成人高校校园文化建设的发展，发挥校园文化应有的育人功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Campus culture is an important component of the development of school education, campus culture that penetrates all aspects of school training is essential. With the rapid development of modern construction, higher education alone can no longer satisfy general economic construction and social development for the demand of high-quality training and thirst for knowledge of workers, particularly the arrival of the era of lifelong education, adult higher education are demonstrating the important role notably, independent adult higher colleges are an important place for bearing effectively to moral, intellectual, physical type of all-round development of practical, versatile professional technical personnel,and management personnel to the socialist modernization. So, the quality of students trained by independent adult higher colleges is increasingly affected by many people’s attention.Owing to its short history, independent adult higher colleges are lack of historical and cultural accumulation, responded to the fierce competition caused by the quick success survival, campus cultural of life of the school building permanent is neglected, knowledge and culture are gaped to a certain extent, simple skills and promotion submerged rightful place of campus culture, and the campus culture researchers are looking earnestly at the field of higher education, less adult scholars are involved in independent adult colleges, and in the only study, the construction of campus culture of higher education is often copied by independent adult colleges, covering characteristics of themselves. This makes independent adult colleges campus cultural construction not be optimistic.This article is established on investigation of adult higher education campus culture on the basis of the analysis of Shandong Province, seeking to detect problems and explore its response, and want to make independent adult colleges have their own unique system of the campus cultural construction based on the characteristics of adult students, with a view to guide the development of independent adult colleges of campus cultural construction, playing campus culture educational function.更多还原
