诺诺克800kt/a硫磺制酸余热利用研究

【摘要】 众所周知,硫酸生产是一个高度放热过程,从这个方面来说,生产过程要增加能源成本,却仅仅从生产过程中回收很少的热量,大部分的热量有循环水冷或空气冷却器带走。随着能源价格的上涨和环保意识的加强,现代硫酸装置从简单的产品生产逐渐过渡到能源工厂的角色,为了能最大限度地节约能源,硫酸余热回收越来越受到重视。硫酸生产中余热回收利用及节能措施成为衡量硫酸生产现代化水平的一个重要标志。热回收利用的好,可降低生产成本并且提高产品市场竞争力。本文介绍了硫酸生产中的主要技术路线、特点以及余热利用水平,特别是在低温余热利用领域国内技术与国外的差距。针对某800kt/a硫磺制酸厂在热回收技术和方案的选择问题上。对这个大型硫酸装置的工艺和设备进行热量衡算和物料衡算,讨论了硫磺制酸生产工艺,开发与利用废热回收系统等一些问题。通过计算结果优化并且选择了生产工艺及设备参数,包括转换器,废热锅炉,硫磺炉,鼓风机,酸循环泵、换热器、吸收装置和水冷却器等。通过工艺分析和系统工艺计算,对比分析了国产化装置和引进HRS(Heat Recovery System)系统在热回收量、技术成熟度、操作简易性和投资等各方面的优缺点,并结合该硫酸装置所处项目的蒸汽消耗情况,筛选确定了该硫磺制酸厂的余热利用方案。

【Abstract】 It is a well known fact that sulphuric acid production is a highly exothermic process. In that sense, combined with the increased energy cost, surprisingly little heat is recovered from the process. Most often the heat is just cooled off by means of water or in air coolers.The role of modern apparatus of sulphuric acid has changed from a simple part of production to a factory of energy supply,with rise of energy in price and as the awareness of environmental protetion promoting.In order to economicze on importance has been attached to surplus heat recuperation of sulphuric. Recover and utilization of waste heat and measures of energy saving in production acid is important sign of measuring sulphuric acid production level.Recovery and utilization of waste heat may reduce production cost and enhance competitive power of products.In this paper,the central technological route,characters and lenvel of sulplus heat utilization during sulphuric acid prepared are described, especially the technological gap in the field surplus heat utilization between our country and other foreign countrys. To an 800kt/a sulphur burning sulphuric acid plant, the technology of recuperating surplus heat and method are determined. Process and equipment of the largescale sulphuric acid plants based on sulphur by heat balance calculations and material balance calculations.Some problems are discussed such as sulphur-based sulphuric acid production,utilization and development of waste heat recovery system. By calculating the optimal choice the production process and equipment parameters, such as converters,the waste heat boiler,sulphur furnace,blower,acid circulation pump,heat exchanger, absorber and water cooler.By analysing technologic process and calculating system of technologic process.A comparition and contrast has been made between internal apparatus and imported equipments HRS (Heat Recovery System) in quantity of surplus heat recuperation,mature degree in technology,character of simple operation investment etc.then we choose a preferable method of surplus heat utilization on the basis of above comparision and contrast and energy consumption of vapor during sulphuric prepared.
