钢渣梯级利用的应用基础研究

【摘要】 钢渣是钢铁企业固体废物的主要来源之一。我国目前年产钢渣0.6亿吨以上,但总体利用效率不高,能否合理利用这些钢渣将关系到我国钢铁工业的健康发展。基于环境保护和降低成本的需要,钢渣在钢铁企业内部梯级利用是一种理想的方法。钢渣梯级利用是一个系统的工程,本文主要进行了转炉渣在铁水预处理领域中的利用和LF热态钢渣循环用于LF精炼的研究。转炉渣具有高碱度、高氧化性的优点,可以替代脱硅剂和脱磷剂中的一部分石灰和氧化剂,返回用于铁水预处理。LF精炼过后的钢渣仍具有一定的硫容量,有再利用的价值,可将其循环用于LF精炼。从研究熔剂的物理性质来看,熔化温度是一个重要的考察指标。由于转炉渣的熔化温度高于铁水预处理熔剂的熔化温度,不能直接用于铁水预处理,需要加入助熔剂以降低炉渣的熔化温度。本课题通过二次回归正交设计法,在实验室测定了合成转炉渣的熔化温度,并且回归出转炉渣熔化温度与各成分之间的回归方程。通过该回归方程可以计算各种组成的转炉渣的熔化温度,分析各组元对转炉渣熔化温度的影响,为转炉渣用于铁水预处理提供理论依据。钢渣返回利用会带来许多实际的问题,包括选择合适的钢渣加工方法,选择合适的工艺安排等。本文在这些方面进行了一些研究,可为钢渣在钢铁企业中返回利用提供一些参考。

【Abstract】 Steel slags is the main solid waste of metallurgical industry. 0.6×10~8 ton steel slags is produced every year, but the general utilization ratio is low. How can we use these slags will influence our steel industry’s development. According to the demand of environmental protection and decline production costs, recycling use of steel slags in the steel industry is an ideal way.Use of steel slags is a system engineering, this paper is mainly focused on the use of converter slag in hot metal pretreatment and hot LF slag use in the LF refinement. Converter slag is a kind of slag with high basicity and high oxidizability, it can be used to replace part of lime and oxidizing agent in the desiliconization flux and dephosphorization flux, it can also be returned to hot metal pretreatment. After LF refinement, LF slag is still of certain sulphide capacity and recovery value, it can be recycled in LF refinement.Melting temperature is an important index mark to the physical property of the flux. The converter slag’s melting temperature is higher than the temperature of hot metal pretreatment, so it can not be used in hot metal pretreatment directly, and further treatment is needed. That is adding flux to reduce the slag’s melting temperature. In this paper, quadratic regression orthogonal design is used, the converter slag’s melting temperature measurement is carried out in the laboratory, and then melting temperature regression equation is obtained. Through this regression equation, various composition converter slag’s melting temperature can be calculated, the influence of each composition to the converter slag’s melting temperature are analyzed. This can provides theories basis for the use of converter slag in hot metal pretreatment. Many actual problems will occur in the use and re-use of steel slags, including to choose a suitable method to treatment steel slags, choosing a suitable craft arrangement, etc.. This paper carried on some researches in these aspect, can provide some references to steel industry in the utilization of steel slags.
