高性能沥青路面在通鲁一级公路上的应用研究

【摘要】 本文首先介绍了沥青混合料设计方法的发展历史,以及美国SHRP(Strategic Highway Research Program)计划与高性能沥青路面(Superpave)的研发的背景,并通过与我国公路建设的现状进行对比,阐述了Superpave在国内公路建设中的实际意义和前景。论文以内蒙古自治区通辽至鲁北一级公路为依托项目,对Superpave的设计理念,理论基础,沥青胶结料的PG分级系统以及沥青性能的评价机制,集料的选择和评价机制,沥青混合料体积设计,混合料合成级配曲线的控制点和限制区和Superpave设计体系的最新进展作了详尽的介绍,并对该项目某标段沥青下面层Superpave-19和沥青上面层Superpave-12.5体积设计过程中沥青胶结料设计温度的计算,沥青PG等级的选用,沥青胶结料性能试验,预选级配曲线的设计,最终合成级配的确定,最佳沥青用量的确定以及用马歇尔方法队Superpave体积设计的施工质量控制等设计步骤和试验方法进行了详尽的介绍,并结合实际经验和工程项目中遇到的问题,在与我国现行沥青路面设计规范的对比基础上进行了思考和分析,提出了问题,并得出了相关的结论。最后,对Superpave在我国推广应用方面尚未解决的一些问题作了介绍和研究,为今后的发展提供了参考。

【Abstract】 This article introduces the history of bituminous mixture design method at first, as well as the research and development background of SHRP (Strategic Highway Research Program) plan in the USA and Superpave (Superior Performing Asphalt Pavement). Elaborate the necessity of Superpave’s "China melts" through carrying on the contrast with the present highway construction situation in our countryDepending on the project of Tongliao to Lubei road in Mongolia Autonomous Region, this paper have a exhaustive introduction to Superpave, including its design idea, theory principle, the performing grade and appraisal mechanism of asphalt binder, control points and restricted zone in aggregate gradation specification and the latest progress in Superpave. Giving an example of Superpave-19.0mm design in sub-course layer and Superpave-12.5mm in the surface layer: the design temperature evaluate, the choice of performing grade of asphalt binder, asphalt mechanical tests; the choice of aggregate gradation, the choice of optimum proportion of asphalt, and construction quality control test using Marshall Method. Using the practical experience and the question meets in the engineering project, carrying on the analysis comparing with our country present bituminous pavement design standard, proposed the question, and draw the related conclusion..Finally, proposed some questions which the Superpave "China melts" process has not yet solved, providing the reference for the next research in the future.
