SRC框架-RC核心筒混合结构协同工作性能分析研究

【摘要】 SRC框架-RC核心筒混合结构具有良好的经济性,其抗风、抗震性能也比较好,近年来在我国高层及超高层建筑结构中得到越来越广泛的应用。但我们对这种混合结构体系的理论研究在一定程度上还落后于工程实践,国内外对这种混合结构体系的抗震性能和受力变形分析也存在一定争议。因此,有必要对这种混合结构的协同工作性能进行分析研究。本文的主要研究内容如下:首先分析了框架-核心筒结构整体侧移曲线的特征;对国内外SRC柱(框架)和剪力墙的模型试验数据进行分析,得到当楼层侧移角达到1/250左右时,SRC框架处于最不利受力状态。然后,采用通用有限元软件MIDAS/GEN对一典型SRC框架-RC核心筒混合结构及其变异结构进行弹性及静力弹塑性分析,研究了此种混合结构的协同工作性能,包括:弹性和弹塑性阶段结构的变形模式、框架剪力沿楼层高度的分布规律;框架和核心筒刚度变化、四种不同的节点连接方式和不同楼层数对结构侧移和框架剪力的影响;如何合理的调整框架剪力分担率,才能使SRC框架承担起第二道抗震防线的作用;塑性铰出现的顺序;并对此种混合结构的抗震性能进行了评估。最后通过分析表明:SRC框架-RC核心筒混合结构具有很好的抗震性能,适用于8度抗震区。

【Abstract】 At present, SRC Frame-RC core wall hybrid structures have been applied to tall buildings and super-tall buildings more and more widely in our country for its better economy, earthquake-resistance and wind resistance. But the inferior study on the structures is behind of the project practice at a certain extent, and there are many different viewpoints on seismic behavior, mechanics and deformation analysis of the structure at home and abroad. So it is necessary to further investigate the cooperative working performance of the structures. The main study contents of this paper are:First, the whole storey draft curve character of the frame-core wall structures is done; a great deal of experiments date implied that the SRC frame is in the worst state when the story drift factor is about 1/250.Second, elastic and static inelastic analysis of the classical SRC frame-RC core wall structure and its variant structures models are conducted by using the popular finite element program MIDAS/GEN, And the cooperative working performance of this hybrid structure has been studied. We get some useful conclusions, including: deformation modal, distribution of frame of the structure in the elastic and inelastic stage; influence of storey drifts and frame shear force generate by the stiffness changes of the frame and the core wall, different joint connections, different number of stories; how to adjust frame shear force appropriately; the occurrence sequence of structure member hinge; the seismic performance appraisement of the hybrid structure.In the end, we obtained that SRC Frame-RC core wall is applicable in the 8 degree earthquake-resistance areas for its better ability of earthquake-resistance.
