提高二灰碎石路用性能的试验研究

【摘要】 通过本项目的研究,力求在现有的施工机具和施工管理水平下,从原材料控制、混合料配合比设计、施工工艺控制等方面进行改进,达到提高二灰碎石基层材料的路用性能,增强基层材料的抗冻性、抗裂性,减少路面病害,提高路面使用质量。结合东北地区公路建设需求和自然气候条件,研究适合北方寒冷地区使用的二灰碎石基层原材料要求、组成设计方法、设计原则、施工工艺等问题,是二灰碎石在寒冷地区公路建设中适用性的重要内容。本论文在此前提下,重点研究了以下一些相关技术。(1)原材料指标对二灰碎石性能的影响,主要指石灰、粉煤灰、碎石等原材料的技术指标对二灰碎石强度、收缩性、抗冻性的影响;(2)嵌挤结构二灰碎石的组成结构特性、设计方法;(3)嵌挤结构二灰碎石的强度和模量、抗疲劳、抗收缩指标;(4)二灰碎石抗冻最低强度要求、抗冻指标要求和抗冻试验方法的研究;(5)二灰碎石的施工工艺控制。

【Abstract】 In the highway development ,the lime fly-ash crushed stone is getting the extensive application ,with its high strength and the whole is good . Large quantity experience research and analysis are being done since the“seventh-five year“period pointed to the engineering characteristics , the craft of model and experimental methods.All those are the foundation of the enlarged application of the lime fly-ash crushed stone . But in recent years with its usage ,we find that there are many shortages influencing its extensive application such as the low tensile strength ,the low anti-cracking and anti- tired, the low tenacity and anti-freezed etc .The writer of this paper has done many experiences research and analyzes to find the way how to improve on its function used in the highway construction according to the actual facts in the engineering and the indoor experiments .The fine degree, the water content and the deposit time of the slaked lime influence the quality of lime fly-ash crushed stone .The fine degree of the fly ash influences the strength , the contractility and the anti-cracking of the lime fly-ash crushed stone .The strength and the soil contain of the aggregate influences its strength and contractility .This paper has given the index sign request of the raw material through the experiments.Structure composition and gradation design of crushed base layer of lime and fly ash play the most important role on the highway performance. Based on a large number of projects and indoor tests, the framework structure of base layer can provide great strength, and volumetric method can assure the design index. With the summary of test road in Jilin Province, the crushed base layer of lime and fly ash with framework structure has good performance.Frost resistance is a very difficult problem to the crushed base layer of lime and fly ash. Based on researches and indoor tests, the paper puts forward the request of least strength for frost resistance, and builds the frost resistance index and the method of frost resistance test.Construction technique is most important for crushed base layer of lime and fly ash to satisfy the design index. According to the construction of test road, the uniformity inspection, and researches of paving and rolling, the paper puts forward the problems existing in construction and improving solution methods.
