冷连轧机核心工艺数学模型的开发与研究

【摘要】 随着冷连轧板带技术的发展,对冷连轧机的产量和产品质量都提出了越来越高的要求。而冷连轧生产的工艺数学模型是冷连轧生产的关键技术。如何通过理论与实践的结合进一步改进冷连轧的工艺数学模型,从而提高冷连轧的轧制速度和带材表面质量具有很高的理论意义和应用价值。从金属学的角度,考虑到热轧来料的碳当量、终轧温度和卷取温度对组织结构和机械性能都存在着影响,而且这些参数控制又存在着波动,结合大量的现场数据分析,找出其中的规律性,对热轧来料初始变形抗力进行修正;另外,从塑性变形力学的角度,鉴于冷连轧的轧制速度高,轧件变形速度快的特点,在变形抗力模型中引入变形速度这一影响因素,对变形抗力模型进行修正。在建立了润滑油膜厚度与摩擦系数关系的基础之上,结合流体动力学和热力学原理,通过分析乳化液的浓度、流量、初始温度以及品质等因素对轧制变形区温度场的影响机理,找出乳化液与油膜厚度之间的关系,从而建立工艺润滑制度与摩擦系数之间的工艺模型,并定性的分析工艺润滑制度各控制参数对摩擦系数的影响。在连轧理论的基础之上,采用逐机架多目标的优化思想,以第五机架出口板形良好,1-5机架负荷分配均匀为目标,并充分考虑到咬入角、打滑等约束条件,对冷连轧生产过程的压下分配和张力制度进行综合优化。

【Abstract】 Along with the technical development of cold rolled steel strip, more and more high demand has been put forward to the output of cold tandem mill and the product quality. But the technologic mathematical model of the cold tandem rolling production is it key technique. It has very important theory significance and appliance value that how to further improve technologic mathematical model of the cold tandem rolling through the combination of theory and experience and then improve rolling speed of cold tandem mill and surface quality of steel strip.On the point of metallic phase, considering that equivalent weight of carbon, finished-rolling temperature and crimp temperature of hot rolling steel strip which controlled exist fluctuate affect its structure and machine capability, and combining a mass of field data analysis and then find out its rule, the resistance of deformation of hot-rolling finished steel strip is emended; besides, on the point of plastic yield mechanics, whereas the characteristic of very high rolling speed of cold tandem mill and very rapid speed of deformation of rolled piece, the factor of speed of deformation will be inducted the model of resistance of deformation, which may emend the model of resistance of deformation.On the base of the relation of lubricating oil film thickness and friction, combining the theory of hydrokinetics and energetics, then the technology model between greasing system and friction will be put forward through analyzing the affect mechanics of the consistency, flux, initial temperature and trait of oil water emulsion to temperature field and finding out the relationship between lubricating oil film thickness and oil water emulsion, on the same time, qualitatively analyse how to affect friction by the controlled parameter ofgreasing system.On the base of tandem theory, introducing the optimization idea which has several optimization object and adopt a point-by-point framework method, depress allocation and tension system will be optimized integratived in the production process of cold tandem mill which take good shape of strip of the fifth framework and symmetrical allocation of burden of from one framework to five framework as optimization object and abundantly considering several constraint condition such as nip angle and slipping.
