制造执行系统资源管理的研究与应用

【摘要】 制造执行系统(MES)是位于上层的计划管理系统与底层的工业控制系统之间的面向车间层的管理信息系统,在计划管理层与底层控制之间架起了一座联系的桥梁,填补了两者之间的鸿沟,使整个企业的信息畅通、完整。长期以来由于种种原因,单元的制造资源管理自动化程度低,相对地阻碍了单元自动化的运行,如何更好地管理单元制造资源,提高生产自动化、提高生产效率及资源利用率,降低生产成本,已成为制造系统中一个重要的研究课题。本文重点对制造执行系统资源管理的功能、性能、接口需求进行分析,在需求分析的基础上,用IDEF0、IDEF1X方法建立了系统的功能模型和信息模型,分析了资源管理系统与作业计划管理系统的动态联系。该系统的主要功能模块有:刀具管理、量具管理、工装管理、物料管理、设备管理、人员管理。能够实现跨部门的信息共享要求和相关模块内容的查询、浏览、添加、删除和修改等功能。该系统采用当今流行的Web框架,开发工具选用ASP,数据库管理系统选用Access2000,具有用户界面友好、操作简单、实用性强等特点。通过单元化资源管理系统的应用,能够实现车间资源管理的科学化、规范化和信息化,提高车间运行效率及资源利用率、降低车间运行成本,使机械生产车间的制造资源管理上了一个新台阶,具有很强的实际意义和应用价值。

【Abstract】 The manufacturing execution system (MES), which is located between the project control system on upper level and the industrial control system on bottom level, is the management information system designed for workshop level. The manufacturing execution system, just like a bridge set up between the project control level and industrial control level, has joined these two levels together and ensured information to be transmitted throughout the whole enterprise in a smooth and integrated way. Due to various reasons, for a long time the degree of automation for the unit manufacturing resource management is fairly low, which has relatively obstructed unit automation progress. Therefore, It has become an important research topic in the field of manufacturing system that how to better manage the unit manufacturing resource, raise the degree of production automation, heighten the production efficiency and level of resources utilization, and lower production cost.The article is focused on analyzing function, performance and interface requirements of the resource management of MES. Based on requirement analysis, the writer has analyzed the dynamic relation between resource management system and production planning management system by establishing function module and information module for the system via the methods of IDEF0 and IDEF1X. The major function modules for this system are: cutting tools management, measuring tools management, work clothes management, materials management, equipments management, personnel management. In this system the requirements for trans-departmental information sharing can be satisfied and the functions such as inquiry, browsing, increase, deletion and revision to the related module are also available.This system has used the Web frame which is very popular nowadays, and adopted ASP as developing tool and selected Access2000 as its database management system. This system is provided with characteristics such as friendly user interface, easy operation and strong usability, etc. Through application of the unit resource management system, the scientific style and standardization and IT application for the workshop resource management can be realized. Furthermore, the production efficiency and level of resources utilization in the workshop has been raised and the operating cost lowered accordingly. Hence, the manufacturing resource management in mechanical production workshop has reached a higher level, which is of great practical significance and application value.
