基于DSP数据采集系统的开发

【摘要】 针对传统数据采集系统采集与数据处理分离,即硬件电路采集数据而计算机处理数据的模式,本文开发了一个基于DSP与USB技术的数据采集与处理系统,该系统大大减轻了计算机的负担、节省了计算机的资源,更适合于工业应用。本文深入的研究了基于DSP与USB的数据采集系统,成功开发了整个系统,硬件系统主要包括模数转换部分电路、DSP系统外围电路、USB外围电路、AD及USB数据缓存电路。实现了DSP对AD工作状态的控制及读取AD缓存器数据;实现了DSP通过USB接口与计算机通信;实现了主机对整个系统的控制和数据波形显示。本课题完成了硬件系统中各部分的程序设计,主要包括DSP采集与传输数据程序设计、DSP接收计算机命令并控制硬件系统程序设计、USB块传输模式下发送数据程序设计、USB中断传输模式下发送数据程序设计、USB同步传输模式下发送数据程序设计。本课题完成了计算机可视化界面设计,其中包括计算机控制硬件系统程序设计、计算机显示采集波形的程序设计、计算机用于误码检测的产生伪随机序列并发送同步数据的程序设计。本课题完成了所有软硬件的整合调试,系统运行良好,最后给出了采集波形。在此基础上借助伪随机序列理论设计了误码检测程序,验证了本硬件系统USB接口处于同步传输模式下的传输性能。

【Abstract】 Contrapose traditional data acquisition system which has a separate pattern of data acquisition and data processing,namely the mode of data acquisition in hardware and data processing in computer,this paper describes an development of data acquisition and processing system based on DSP and USB,thus reducing burden of computer and more suited to industrial applications.This paper has a deep research of the data acquisition system based on DSP and USB,successful develops the entire system,mainly includes analog-digital conversion circuits,DSP peripheral circuits,USB circuits,AD and USB data buffer circuits.Realization of the control for system and reading data from AD buffer in DSP;Realization of communication between DSP and computer through USB;Ralization of control for system and data display in computer.This subject complets all parts of design of software in this hardware system,including data acquisition and transmission procedures in DSP,receiving command and control hardware procedures in DSP,sending and receiving data procedures in bulk transfers mode in USB,sending data procedures in synchronization mode in USB.This subject complets the design of visual interface in computer,including hardware control procedures,wave display procedures,producing pseudo-random sequence and sending synchronization data procedures.This subject complets debugging all of the software and the hardware,the system works well after debugging,sample waveform acquired from hardware are presented finally,then this subject designs an error detected procedures using pseudo-random sequence theory,verifies transmission capability of the USB interface in this hardware.
