济南市雨水利用对策研究

【摘要】 水资源问题已经成社会经济发展中的突出问题。城市化水平的提高带来人口规模和经济规模的扩张，水资源需求量增加，城市水资源短缺问题严重。城市化进程的加快导致城市不透水面积增加，地表径流系数加大，河道洪峰流量增加，洪峰出现时间提前，汛期降雨排泄不畅，城市洪涝灾害严重。雨水作为轻度污染的水源，经过简单处理就可用于工业用水、市政用水、景观用水甚至部分生活杂用水。雨水作为城市新水源，可以缓解城市水资源供需压力。同时，雨水的合理利用，能够避免城市洪涝灾害的加剧，改善城市水体环境。本研究充分调查了国内外雨水利用的发展现状和工程实例。研究结合实际情况，对济南市基本概况、雨水利用的必要性和可行性，雨水的可利用量进行了分析探讨，提出了济南市城市雨水利用的对策和雨水利用的发展前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 The water resources question already became in the social economy development the prominent question. The urbanized level enhancement brings the population scale and the economical scale expansion, the water resources demand quantity increases, the city water resources short question is serious. The urbanized advancement speeds up causes the city water-proof area to increase, the surface runoff coefficient enlarges, the river course peak discharge increases, the flood peak epoch ahead of time, the flood season rains the excretion impeded, the city flooding disaster is serious. The rain water took the mild pollution the water source, passes through the simple treatment to be possible to use in the process water, the municipal administration water used, the landscape water used even partially lives the mixed water used. The rain water took the city new water source, may alleviate the city water resources supply and demand pressure. At the same time, the rain water reasonable use, can avoid the city flooding disaster intensifying, improves the city water body environment.This research fully investigated the domestic and foreign rains water use development present situation and the project example. The research union actual situation, to the Jinan city basic survey, the rain water use necessity and the feasibility, the rain water might advantage the amount used to carry on the analysis discussion, proposed the Jinan city rain water use countermeasure and the rain water use prospects for development.更多还原
