新型水泥土复合桩成型机的桩架设计研究

【摘要】 随着城市建设的发展,水泥土复合桩的应用越来越广。施工单位在工程实践和总结水泥土复合桩型结构特点的基础上,提出了一种新型的,可以一次性形成水泥土复合桩的工艺。本课题承担了适应新型复合桩工艺的复合桩成型机的研制,在工艺设备已经完成的前提下,本文主要承担该设备的关键部件—桩架的结构与性能研究。1.本文分析了国内外桩机桩架研究的现状,选择了适合新型复合桩机的桩架结构类型,并利用Pro/E对桩架进行了虚拟设计和装配;2.本文在分析了其他桩机各种工况的前提下,对新型复合桩机施工过程中的各种复杂工作姿态进行了研究,进而确定桩架的危险工况;3.对桩架的关键部件—立柱进行了各种工况下的静强度有限元分析;对主要设计尺寸进行了优化分析;为了确保安全,对立柱进行了静应力强度校核与解析计算。4.通过虚拟样机技术对起架工况进行了仿真,从而得到了在起架的过程中,起架能力和各个杆的内力随时间的变化曲线,以确定其最大值,并对其中受力最大的时刻进行了力学分析计算,计算结果和仿真结果表明,二者基本一致,说明仿真过程接近实际过程。通过有限元分析和力学计算,得知本次设计的桩架可以满足新型复合桩机的施工。本文的分析方法和虚拟样机技术在起架工况上的应用可以为其他类型桩机的设计和研究提供重要的参考依据。

【Abstract】 With the development of city construction, the application of cement-soil composite piling becomes more and more extensive. On the foundation of tallying up the structure characteristics of cement-soil composite piling and combining actual experience, a construction company puts forward a new technique of formatting cement-soil composite piling in one step. For adapting this kind of technique, we took our hand to the research and design of composite piling machine. In this task, the technique equipment has been already completed. This paper is mainly to study the performance of the pilling shelves.1. Comparing the domestic and foreign pilling-shelves on the pilling machines, we get the merits and shortcomings of each. So we can choose one type suited for this subject, and thus to design and virtually assemble it utilizing Pro/E.2. In this paper we analyzed all kinds of operating conditions on cement-soil composite pilling machine designed for this subject, and compare it with former piling machines. Because the operating conditions this time is much complicated, we analyzed the pilling shelf on all the operating conditions.3. Some key parts (leader) of the pilling-shelf are analyzed by static strength FEA under every operating conditions, and some design sizes are optimized. In order to insure the safety of the pilling-shelf, this paper checks the leader’s stress, and calculates the stress through material-strength method.4. The operating conditions of leader rising is imitated by Virtual Prototyping technology, thus we got the variation curves about the leader-rising ability and each pole’s inside dint with time during the prose. And then we gain the biggest dint-value, and analyze it through strength-method at that point. We compared it with the stimulation result, and found that the two results are essentially identical. So we can say that the imitated process is close to actual. Compare it with imitatedresult, then, we gain that the two result are similar, so, imitated process close to actual.With the FEA and the material-strength method, we learn that this piling shelf can satisfy the new-type cement-soil composite pilling machine’s work. The analysis method and Virtual Prototyping technology applied on the operating conditions of leader rising provided an important reference for other pilling machine’s design and study.
