【摘要】 上个世纪90年代以来，产业集聚的普遍性及其在区域产业和经济发展中的重要作用引起了国内外学者的广泛关注，不同领域的学者从不同的角度对产业集聚进行了研究。本文在系统研究产业集聚增长机制及其对区域经济促进作用的理论基础上，对胶东半岛产业集聚现状进行实证考察、深入分析，把产业集聚增长机制运用于胶东半岛产业政策的制定，以期带来一定的理论和实践指导意义。本文首先对产业集聚基础理论进行国外、国内两方面的述评，并界定产业集聚内涵，进行相关概念辨析。然后，在已有研究的基础上，从外部经济角度提出产业集聚增长机制，深入分析其核心要素，阐述增长机制形成路径。接下来，基于产业集聚增长机制，从经济解释和模型验证两个方面对产业集聚对区域经济的带动作用进行分析。最后，结合理论研究，以胶东半岛产业集聚为研究对象，对其发展现状进行实证考察，深入分析胶东半岛已初显的产业集聚增长机制要素，从政府、行业、企业三个角度指出完善胶东半岛产业集聚增长机制有待解决的问题。通过分析，本文认为，在产业集聚增长机制的四个核心要素中，胶东半岛产业集聚已初显外部规模经济效应和要素集中效应，而产业链条短、缺乏配套企业从而外部范围经济效应不突出和缺乏有效的创新机制从而知识溢出有欠缺是抑制胶东半岛产业集聚合理增长的主要因素。最后，针对存在的问题，本文从政府、行业、企业三个层面提出有针对性的产业发展战略，以促使产业集聚合理增长，实现胶东半岛产业集聚集群化，带动区域经济发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 qSince the last 1990s, the universality of industrial agglomeration and the important role of it in regional industrial and economic development have attracted widespread interest both at home and abroad. Scholars in diferent fields study on the industrial agglomeration from different perspectives. This paper systematically studies the growth mechanism of industrial agglomeration and its role on promoting regional economy. Based on these studies, this paper conducts empirical test and thorough analysis on the status of industrial agglomeration in Jiaodong Peninsula. Applying the growth mechanism of industrial agglomeration to the industrial policies of Jiaodong Peninsula, this paper expects to bring the theory and practice some guidance.Firstly, this paper reviews the basic theory of industrial agglomeration home and abroad, defines the content of it and differentiates and analyzes the related concepts. Then, on the basis of the existing studies, this paper brings forward the growth mechanism of industrial agglomeration from the perspective of external economics, deeply analyzes its core factors and expatiates its forming mechanism. Next, based on the growth mechanism of industrial agglomeration, this paper analyzes the leading role of industrial agglomeration promoting regional economy from the aspects of economic interpretation and model validation.Finally, in combination of theoretical research, this paper empirically reviews the development status of industrial agglomeration of Jiaodong Peninsula and thoroughly analyzes the growth mechanism factors of industrial agglomeration initially appeared in Jiaodong Peninsula. From the aspects of the government, industries and corporations, this paper points out the problems to be solved in improving industrial agglomeration in Jiaodong Peninsula. Through analysis, this paper holds that among the four core factors of industrial agglomeration growth mechanism, effects of external economies of scale and effects of element convergence have initially appeaed in Jiaodong Peninsula industrial agglomeration. But the industry chain is short, lack of supporting corporations makes the effects of external economies of scope not outstanding, and lack of effective innovation mechanism also makes knowledge spillover deficiency, all of which are the main factors restrain the rational growth of Jiaodong Peninsula industrial agglomeration. Finally, in response to the existing problem and from the aspects of the government, industries and corporations, this paper brings forward corresponding industrial development stradegy to promote industrial agglomeration to grow rationally, achieve Jiaodong Peninsula industrial agglomerationization, and accelerate the regional economic development.更多还原
