【摘要】 目的总结自2005年1月至2006年12月间在我院行穿透性角膜移植术后定期随访的49例患者的临床资料,分析PKP的原因、疗效及并发症。方法对49例穿透性角膜移植进行回顾性研究。结果病因:感染性角膜炎33例(67.35%),外伤及其所致角膜白斑6例(12.24%),第一次用冷冻保存的角膜行穿透性角膜移植术后原发性角膜内皮失代偿3例(6.12%),移植片排斥2例(4.08%),角膜变性和营养不良2例(4.08%),大泡性角膜病变1例(2.04%),圆锥角膜1例(2.04%),虹膜角膜内皮综合征1例(2.04%)。疗效:植片透明愈合41眼(83.67%),植片混浊8眼(16.32%);视力:手动2例(4.08%),指数6例(12.24%),0.1～0.3,23例(46.94%),0.4～0.8,18例(36.73%)。并发症:免疫排斥反应19例(38.78%),浅前房3例(6.12%),继发性青光眼1例(2.04%)。结论穿透性角膜移植术是治疗角膜病的重要手段,防治免疫排斥反应是手术成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the epidemiologic characteristics of patients who receivedpenetrating keratoplasty (PKP) in our hospital from Jan.2005 to Dec.2006, and study themain causes, effects and complications of penetrating keratoplasty.Methods Retrospective analysis of 49 cases of penetrating keratoplasty.ResultsCauses: infectious keratitis 33 cases(67.35%), ocular trauma and correlative cornealleucoma 6 cases(12.24%), primary corneal endothelial decompensation after the firstpenetrating keratoplasty with chilled corneas 3 cases(6.12%), grafts rejection 2 cases(4.08%),degeneration and dystrophy 2 cases(4.08%), bullous keratopathy 1 cases(2.04%),keratoconus 1 cases(2.04%), iridocorneal endothelial syndrome 1 cases(2.04%).Effects: grafts are transparent in 41 eyes(83.67%), turbid in 8 eyes(16.32%). Visual acuity:hand move 2 cases(4.08%), finger count 6 cases (12.24%), 0.1～0.3 23 cases(46.94%),0.4～0.8 18 cases(36.73%).Complications: immune rejection 19 cases(38.78%), shallow anterior chamber 3cases(6.12%), secondary glaucoma 1 cases(2.04%).Conclusion penetrating keratoplasty is an effective means for disorders of cornea.Prevention and treatment of immune rejections are the key to the success of operations.更多还原
