【摘要】 交往是人的基本需求。历史发展着的交往在不同的时代呈现出不同的形式。国际互联网的普及，将人类带入了一个崭新的时代—网络时代。在网络时代，以信息技术和网络技术为基础、以符号为中介的网络交往方式已成为社会交往的一种重要形式。网络交往具有人类传统社会交往方式所无法具备的全新特征，实现了交往史上的伟大变革。任何事物都具有两重性，网络交往也不例外。网络交往的发展在拓宽人的交往空间的同时也引发了一系列负面效应，本文对这些负面效应进行了一些原因分析。同时提出构建一种理想的网络交往方式。主要谈到了理想网络交往方式的内涵、作用、应坚持的原则以及构建理想网络交往方式的具体途径。理想网络交往方式的作用是十分重要的。走向理想的网络交往方式还是一个过程，每个网民都应该为了实现这个理想而做出自己的一份贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 The contact is human’s basic demand. The development contact is presenting the different form in the different time. With the popularization of internet, the humanity has entered a new time named network time., in which the internet communication has become an important form with the information technology and the networking as the foundation and the mark as the intermediary network. The internet communication has all different characteristics from the traditional communication ,which caused a great revolution in human history. However, just as a coin has two sides, the internet communication also has a series of bad aspects .which are also analysed in this article. In the meantime, this article also give a new idea to construct a way of internet communication, which mainly refers to the identification, function, principle and the method to construct the the internet communication.The internet communication is very important in our daily life .it also needs a necessary process to achieve it .every people in internet should make their own contribution to achieve this goal.更多还原
