基于故障树的变电设备故障诊断专家系统

【摘要】 由于变电站设备在电力系统中的重要地位,因此对其进行故障诊断,提高其运行的可靠性,是十分必要的。结合故障诊断的需要,在设备的故障分析中引入故障模式分析。提出以功能和部件相结合的方式来划分设备系统,设立故障征兆、故障原因等分析项目,使该分析对故障诊断具有针对性。以故障树的方式描述设备故障之间的因果逻辑关系,在树的建立过程中提出以故障模式分析为支持的方法,以增强树的客观性。本文阐述了基于规则和框架的诊断专家系统的知识表示方法,提出将基于规则和故障树相结合的推理方法。专家系统实现的主要功能包括:知识库管理、事实数据录入和查询、设备的故障诊断和报表打印。系统的开发与应用证明,它的推理结果符合实际,为该专家系统的实际应用奠定了理论基础。

【Abstract】 Because of the important state of the equipment of substation in power system, it is very necessary to process condition monitoring and fault diagnostic to gain high operating reliability.Fault Mode Analysis (FMEA) method is introduced and improved to meet the needs of fault diagnosis. The mode of system definition from two aspects (structure and function), and the items, such as‘fault symptom’and‘fault cause’enhance the assistance for fault diagnosis. Fault tree is applied to describe the causal relation of substation equipment faults. During the establishment of fault tree, a method based on FMEA is presented to strengthen the objectivity of tree.The paper introduces the knowledge-express method of rule-based and framework form expert system。The hybrid reasoning strategy fused by the rule-based reasoning and fault tree reasoning is used to meet the request of equipment diagnosis. The function that the system realizes mainly includes: knowledge base maintenance and modification, diagnosis database importing and scanning, equipment fault diagnosing function, printing report. It can solve the real problems intelligently and practically.
