连续掘进敞开式全断面岩石掘进机控制系统的研究

【摘要】 全断面岩石掘进机是现代隧道建设中的重要施工设备之一,本论文根据提出的连续掘进敞开式全断面岩石掘进机工作原理,对控制系统进行方案设计。该方案包括系统选型、硬件电路设计和软件程序编写,并通过计算机仿真进行模拟验证,从而证明方案可行,即能够实现两组推进支撑装置在过渡过程很好的衔接,并在两组推进支撑装置交替作业过程中,保持刀盘推进力的持续稳定,实现刀盘的连续掘进。最后整个工作过程通过触摸屏和上位机组态软件实现现场、远程监控。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, Full Face Rock Tunnel Boring Machine has been one of main construction facilities in tunneling industry. The paper introduces the design of control system according to working principle of the Continuous Boring Open Type Full Face Rock Tunnel Boring Machine. The system design includes choice of components, software program and hardware circuit design, and at last through online simulation to prove the system feasibility. The design of control system realizes the good coordination between two sets of thrust and gripper fixtures and constant force on the cutterhead in the transient process, and reaches continual tunneling. The entire process will be monitored by Touch Panel and Position Machine.
