驱动给水泵汽轮机性能在线监测系统的设计与研究

【摘要】 汽轮机的变工况研究,对于确定机组变工况后的安全性与经济性具有重要意义。在汽轮机所有变工况中,以临界工况变为亚临界工况(或相反)的变工况最为复杂。研究机组何时由临界工况变为亚临界工况(或相反),寻求临界压力的变化规律是研究汽轮机变工况特性的重要问题之一。从汽轮机的基本工作原理出发,研究汽轮机末级的临界流量与临界压力及其它一些重要参数的变化规律,进而讨论汽轮机在线性能监测中排汽焓的分析计算。应用汽轮机变工况理论,开发给水泵汽轮机性能计算模块,并集成到元宝山电厂给水泵组状态监测与维修辅助支持系统。

【Abstract】 It is very important and meaningful to study steam turbine’s varying conditions. In all the steam turbine varying conditions, it is most difficult for the turbine to change from the critical state to subcritical (or reversely). In order to study the characteristics of steam turbine varying conditions, it is important to study when the flow state change from the critical state to subcritical (or reversely).Based on steam turbine’s basic working principle, we discusses problems of calculating critical flow rate and critical pressure ratio of last stage of condensing turbine, various rules of some important parameters and exhaust enthalpy in steam turbine’s performance monitoring.Using the theory of steam turbine’s varying conditions, research thermodynamic calculation on steam turbine for feed water pump, and integrated to the monitoring state and maintenance assist support system of feed pump for YuanBaoShan Power Plant.
