方钢管混凝土柱—型钢梁加强节点性能研究

【摘要】 钢管混凝土节点以其优越的性能现在被越来越多的工程实践所采用,外加劲板方钢管混凝土节点因其受力合理,节点构造简便,易于施工等特点,具有广阔的发展前景。本文运用有限元软件ANSYS对外加劲板方钢管混凝土柱-型钢梁节点通过建立模型,合理的单元选取和网格划分对节点进行非线性有限元分析,较为精确的分析了节点区的应力分布和节点的各项性能指标,弥补了试验中无法直观地了解各细部受力情况的缺陷,得出的一些结论可以为实际工程提供很有价值的参考。主要分析的内容和成果如下:(1)建立6种不同的加劲板节点有限元模型,对比分析钢管混凝土节点在单调荷载和循环荷载作用下的节点区应力分布、破坏形式、滞回性能和耗能性能。经过综合对比分析,T型加劲板的综合性能最优,在工程实践中能较好的应用。(2)分析了T型加劲节点沿钢梁长度方向的应力分布,沿钢梁长度方向最大应力出现在远离连接节点处300mm左右,表明适当设计加劲板可以确保节点破坏时在节点区域外的梁截面上形成塑性铰,从而达到“强节点弱杆件”的目的,避免节点的过早破坏。(3)分析了影响T型加劲节点刚度的主要因素,确定影响节点刚度的各参数对外部T型加劲节点刚度的影响规律。结果分析表明:T型加劲方钢管混凝土柱-型钢梁节点并不是完全是刚接的,在梁端荷载作用下,梁柱之间存在着相对的转动;在所有的影响因素中,对节点刚度影响最大的是梁的截面高度,而水平加劲板的宽度对节点刚度几乎没有影响。

【Abstract】 The joint of Concrete-filled steel tube(CFT) have been using by more and more engineering practice because of its ascendant capability now, as a result of it is taken on force logical, the joint structure is briefness and is easy to construct, the joint of exterior stiffening plate concreted-filled rectangular steel tube have amplitude development foreground. On the basic of having read abundant documentation and materials related to the joint of Concrete-Filled steel tube(CFT),this text apply finite element software named ANSYS constitute the joint model, choice proper cell, and divide gridding appropriate, then give finite element analysis on the joint, this analysis accurate describe the stress distributing of the joint area and each performance index of the joint, it can overcome the gap which has not intuitively know each detail loaded instance in experiment, the gained conclusion can supply very valuable reference to practice engineering. The main analysis content and results as follows:(1) Base six different joint finite element model of stiffening plate, compare and analyze each joint which stress distribution, damage form, hysteretic behavior, dissipative capability. By compositive contrastive analyze, the stiffening T-plate is best in compositive capability, can be preferable applied in engineering practice.(2) Analyzed the stress distribution in the length direction, the maximum stress appear in the 300mm away from the node, show that design the stiffening plate properly can ensure the plastic ream is keeping away from the node while the girder is destroyed, then carry the point that the node is strong and the member bar is feebleness, avoid the node destroyed earlily.(3) Analyzed main factors which affect T-stiffener plates joint stiffness, the effect law of the stiffness was confirmed by parameters that affect joint stiffness. The analysis indicated that there was relative rotation between the beam and the column of CFT connection with external stiffeners under the load acting on the beam. The most important factor influencing the stiffness of the connection was the height of H-beam , while the width of the horizontal stiffener had little influence on the stiffness.
