基于DSP的多功能电能计量表

【摘要】 随着电力行业测量与管理的自动化、智能化和网络化的逐步推进,在计量表的基础上研制精度高且带分析功能的多功能电能计量表是一个必要基础,但目前国内外电力仪表行业中缺乏两种功能相结合的普及型仪表终端。本文在被电力系统已经认同并广泛使用的TI“TMS320F2808”定点DSP平台上,通过硬件平台的改进设计和离散积分求和、线性误差补偿、希尔伯特移相滤波器、定点小数计算等方法高精度地实现了有功功率、无功功率、视在功率、功率因素等传统电能表的计量功能,同时结合带插值过零周期测量方法和快速傅立叶变换等算法实现了基波频率测量、电压和电流有效值、电能谐波分析等电能质量状况初步测量分析功能。初步测试表明系统达到了高效和低成本的工业要求,为在供电与用电过程中实施网络化的监测与管理提供了必要的基础。

【Abstract】 With the development on automation, intelligence and network of the measurement and management in power industry, the new multi-function power meter with high accurate survey function and basic power quality analytic function becomes a necessary foundation. But the current domestic and international power survey instrument industry is lack of the low-cost terminal meter with those two function combined.This paper based on the TI "TMS320F2808" fixed-point DSP platform which has been recognized and widely used, and achieved the traditional meter measurement functions of active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor through the discrete integral, error compensation, fixed-point decimal calculation method. Meanwhile, it also realized the preliminary analysis functions on electric power quality conditions like the fundamental frequency measurement, harmonic analysis, voltage and current DC component, RMS of voltage and current by the period-measurement method based on the interpolation and zero detected, interpolating windowed Fast Fourier Transform algorithm, and etc.Preliminary experiments show that the system has met the industrial requirements of highly efficiency and low-cost, and prepare the necessary infrastructure for the process of network monitoring and management in the electricity supply and consumption.
