耳穴贴压治疗肺脾气虚型结肠慢传输型便秘的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:观察耳穴贴压法治疗肺脾气虚型结肠慢传输型便秘的临床疗效。方法:将2005年3月至2006年12月北京中医药大学附属东方医院肛肠科门诊符合条件的60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组给予耳穴贴压法治疗,对照组给予西药(替加色罗,商品名“泽马可”)口服,治疗2个疗程,观察两组治疗前后临床症状体征的变化情况。结果:治疗组和对照组对肺脾气虚型结肠慢传输型便秘均有较好的疗效。两组在治疗1个疗程后疗效无显著性差异;2个疗程后疗效有显著差异(P<0.05),总体疗效(总有效率治疗组90%,对照组80%)及中医症候评分的改善情况治疗组优于对照组。2个疗程结束后两组对结肠传输试验均有明显改善,两组无显著性差异。结论:耳穴贴压治疗疗效优于西药对照组,表现在总体疗效好,中医症候改善明显等方面,表明耳穴贴压疗法对于肺脾气虚型结肠慢传输型便秘有确切疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:To evaluate clinical effectiveness of therapy of slow transit constipation with Auricular Points Pressing and western medicine。Methods:Sixty patients were divided randomly into the treatment group and the contrast group,thirty patients in the treatment group and thirty in the other。Patients in the treaty group were treated with auricular points pressing;Patients in the contrasted group were treated with western medcine(Tegaserod)simply。The clinical therapeutic effectiveness was observed in two groups。Results:It was efficient on both treatment group and contrast group in treating STC.Twenty days later,there was significant deviation between the two groups,the treaty group is better than the contrasted one in both effect of treating and alleviating symptom。Both auricular points pressing and tegaserod are efficient therapy in colonic transit test。Conclusion:The treated group was better than the contrasted group on having the better efficiency and alleviating symptom.It is indicated that auricular points pressing have definite therapeutical effect for treating STC。更多还原
