蛇串疮中西医治疗现状

【摘要】 蛇串疮,西医又名带状疱疹,是由水痘—带状疱疹病毒引起的疱疹性、炎症性皮肤病。本病西医治疗常用抗病毒药、免疫调节剂,神经营养剂,糖皮质激素和镇静止痛药等;激光,窄谱紫外线局部照射,神经阻滞,微波,脉冲短波加脉冲电磁场与高电位疗法联合等物理治疗对后遗神经痛有一定疗效。但价格相对昂贵,而且糖皮质激素有较严重的副作用,对于一些合并有其他病症的特殊患者(如合并糖尿病)不宜使用。中医治疗和中西医结合治疗蛇串疮总有效率均在80%以上,尤其在缩短病程、缓解疼痛及减少后遗神经痛等方面明显优于纯西医治疗,且费用较为便宜,易于被患者接受。对头面部重症带状疱疹和坏疽性带状疱疹的治疗具有显著优势。中医治疗本病有很大优势,疗法各具特色又相得益彰,突出了祖国医学的特色;中西医结合治疗有广阔的发展前景,蛇串疮中医治疗和中西医结合治疗值得临床推广。但蛇串疮中医内治法的规范化及标准化,中药高效复方的筛选以及益气法和补气药在该病治疗中的运用均需要进一步研究。通过近10年相关治疗文献的回顾和复习,以及对中医基础理论和本病临床治疗的学习,作者对于中医内治法治疗本病提出以下两点设想:一是在辨证治疗中引入三焦辨证的方法;二是有明显归经走向的古方如川芎茶调散,瓜蒌散,柴胡疏肝散和二妙散等用于不同神经节段的蛇串疮,这些思路均有待进一步探讨及完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Herpes zoster, is named Shechuanchuang in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It’s a herpetic and inflammatory dermatosis caused by herpes zoster virus.These drugs like antivirotic , immunomodulator , neurotrophy agent, paregoric and glucocorticoid were used in herpes zoster treatment. Besides, such physics healing solutions as laser, narrow-band UVB, nerve block, micro-wave, pulsed short wave combined with pulsed electromagnetic therapy, and healthtron potential were effective on post-herpetic neuralgia(PHN). But all these therapies were much in -convenient and expensive. Moreover, glucocorti-coid had severe side effects, so it wasn’t suitable for patients with other diseases like diabetes mellitus(DM).The total effective rates of Chinese medicine and combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine were both above 80%.Especially, the effect of course shortness, pain relief and PHN decrease was obviously better than that in simple western medicine therapy. In addition , Chinese medicine and combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine were superior pro分钟ently in healing severe and gangrenous herpes zoster virus.It showed that Chinese medicine and combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine had a bright future, so they were worth spreading in clinical treatment. But it needs a further study in normalization and standardization of Chinese medicine therapy. Moreover, it is also meaningful to research how to select more effective complex prescrip -tions and the use of benefiting Qi and invigorating Qi. With the review of available treatment trials in recent 10 years, I’ve concluded that it is necessary to research and consummate the use of triple warmer theory in herpes zoster treatment and the use of recipes like Chuan Xiong Cha Tiao San ,Gua Lou San ,Chai Hu Shu Gan San and Er Miao San in herpes zoster of different nerve segments.更多还原
