基于LonWorks技术的暖通空调系统房间仿真与评测

【摘要】 随着智能建筑的快速发展,采用LonWorks技术的暖通空调控制系统也越来越普遍,房间温度控制的性能优劣也备受关注。本文从空调房间温度模型入手,搭建一个LonWorks平台来仿真控制器作用下的房间温度变化并给予评测。其中主要内容包括:1.以气象模型以及建筑结构类型等因素为基准建立数据库,采用冷负荷系数法确定房间瞬时冷负荷。2.使用送风量与送风温度双输入,建立一个具有普遍意义的房间温度模型,结合冷负荷计算确定房间在空调控制作用下的实时温度变化。3.研究开发采用LonWorks技术适合仿真功能的模块节点。4.开发一套上位机软件,使用LNS技术连接仿真DDC与暖通控制系统,通过人机交互实现负荷以及房间温度的计算、数据存储、显示和系统分析等功能。本课题最终研发了一套基于LonWorks技术的仿真系统,结合控制器可模拟不同房间类型在不同控制方式下的温度变化的相关数据,将并为暖通空调控制系统的调试与评测提供有力的数据平台。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of intelligent building, heating and ventilating air condition (HVAC) control system based on Lonworks is more common,and the performance of temperature controlling is gotten more attendtion.In this paper, we first discuss the model for air condition room’s temperature. Then the LonWorks platform that simulates the variation of the room temperature and evaluates the controller is built.The primary work of the paper includes:1. Build database with the factors like the meteorological model and architecture structure. Calculate the immediate cooling load by the method of CLF;2. Build a common room temperature model by double input of flow and temperature of the supply air.Calculate the real-time temperature variation under air condition controller by combining the cool load;3. We research on node which is suitable for the simulation function with LonWorks technology;4. A upper machine software is built. We connect the simulator DDC and HVAC controller by LNS technology.We also realize the calculation, data storage,display and system analysis fuctions through human-computer interfaces.The research ultimately developed an simulation system based on LonWorks,and can calculate the temperature changings of the different rooms in the different control modes combined with the controllers.It provides effective basis for the debug and evaluation of the controller.
