木材染色的计算机配色技术研究

【摘要】 为了实现木材染色过程中自动化配色,减小颜色误差,本论文首次将计算机配色技术引入木材染色领域中,并且进行了实践。研究建立了7种酸性单一染料和1种酸性混合染料的基础数据库。通过该数据库对毛白杨单板模拟黑枫木单板颜色的试验研究,探索出计算机配色技术应用于木材染色过程中产生色差的原因。进一步优化了数据库,同时进行了连缸补投的试验研究,为解决木材染色过程中污水排放问题提出了一定的理论依据。研究结果表明:1、建立数据库是进行木材染色计算机配色的基础。将计算机配色技术应用于木材染色中,可以大大提高配色效率。首次配方出现色差的主要原因是由于染料性质存在差异以及不同染料拼混使用时存在相互作用;2、用已知配方数据优化的方法对数据库进行优化后,可以大大提高首次配方的准确率;3、木材染色时,单一染料是按照染液浓度的比例上染的,而多种染料拼色时,各染料不是按照染液中的比例上染的。因此,进行多种染料拼色的连缸染色时,应该使用计算机配色系统计算出染色残液中各染料的浓度,从而准确的得出各染料的补投量,实现连缸染色。

【Abstract】 In order to realize the automation of color matching in the process of wood dyeing, this study introduce the Computer Color Matching (CCM) technology into the field of wood dyeing for the first time and put this technology into practice. Set up a database of 7 acid single dyestuffs and 1 acid complex dyestuff. Explore the reasons of chromatism which caused in the process of wood dyeing. Simulate the color of black maple and optimize the database. This research also study the method of Dyestuffs Recycled Wood Dyeing, provides the theoretic basis for solving the problems of polluted water drainage, the results show that:1. Setting up a database is the basic condition of wood dyeing using the technology of CCM. The efficiency of color matching can be greatly improved by CCM technology. The chromatism appeared in the first prescription is mainly caused by the differences of the dyestuffs and their interactions;2. The exactness of the first prescription can be greatly improved by optimizing the database.3. The single-dyestuffs filter into the wood fibers according to the concentration of dyeing liquor, but the fact is different in the case of blended dyestuffs. Thereby, we should use the CCM system to calculate the quantity of dyestuffs in the residue dyeing liquor and get the exact quantity of dyestuffs we should add into the residue dyeing liquor.
