中学生评教:现状、问题与对策

【摘要】 学生评教是教师评价的重要组成部分。在2001年,我国教育部《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》要求“建立以教师自评为主,校长、教师、学生、学生家长共同参与的评价制度,使教师从多种渠道获得信息,不断提高教学水平。”目前,学生评教在中学也已经受到了前所未有的重视,许多学校都正在实践中进行着不同程度的相关探索,而实际上,人们对学生评教却历来争论不休,对学生评教的效力也心存疑虑。开展对中学生评教的深入研究具有非常重要的理论意义和现实意义。本研究共分三部分。第一部分旨在通过对中学生评教权利、评教能力及评教价值意义的分析来论证中学生评教的科学性,这是中学生评教的一大前提,认识不清,教育工作者会对中学生评教产生抵触情绪。第二部分,笔者通过文献法、访谈法在对中学生评教现状调查研究的基础上,梳理出了目前中学生评教存在的比较突出的问题,主要分为评价目的、评价主体、评价客体、评价内容、评价方式、评价结果六大方面;并对导致问题的原因给予了较深入的剖析,由此得出结论,中学生评教本身的发展意义并未得到彰显。第三部分,再以上述论证为基础,主要从保证评教体系完整的层面、学校提供支持和保障的层面为中学生评教得以顺利开展提出了一些可行性对策与建议。虽然,不能完满的消除所有影响中学生评教的因素之干扰,但只要我们使用得当,最大限度的扬其利,抑其弊,“中学生评教”必将能促进学生的全面发展和教师专业发展,进而持续的提高教育教学质量。

【Abstract】 Students’ evaluation of teaching is an important part of teacher evaluation. The 《elementary education course reform outline(try a line)》 issued by our country Ministry of Education in 2001, requests "establishing with teacher’s evaluation system mainly from himself, and the president, colleague, student, student’s parent participate together, so as to make the teacher acquire an information from various outlets, raise teaching level continuously." Currently, one of the ways of teaching evaluation is student’s evaluation in a lot of middle schools in our country, these schools all carry on the related quest with different degree in the implementation. But actually, the debate on student’s evaluation of teaching is endless, and the effect on student’s evaluation of teaching is also uncertainty. Therefore , it is necessary to further study the rating implementation.First, middle school students’ evaluation of teaching is necessary as that middle school students poss qualifications and abilities to evaluation for their principal learning part,the substance of middle school students participate teaching evaluation and the middle school students’ evaluation of teaching can result in improved instruction and support teacher and student development. It is the most important premise for students’ evaluation of teaching, knowing not proper, will Educational workers in conflict with therating activities.After investigating the rating spots and researching the related literatures, I summarize the present rating condition and the outstanding problems about middle school students’ evaluation of teaching; and carry on an analysis to the reason of causing the problems respectively from every aspect. inally, I draw a conclusion, the developmental meaning of students’ evaluation of teaching ownself doesn’t show. And so, I put forward feasible counterplan and suggestion aiming at the exposing problems mailnly from two aspects :the rating system must be full ; the middle school should provide rating work with support and guaranteeAlthough, we can’t remove all the interference about evaluations, students’ evaluation of teaching is still most in common use and the most viable methods. As long as we use properly, the utmost develop its benefit, suppress its fraud, it necessarily can promote students’ overall development, teacher professional development , and improve continuously the quality of education.
