我国民营快递企业竞争力分析

【摘要】 本文引述快递的概念,介绍了我国民营快递企业的产生和发展历程,及其在我国社会经济发展中的重要性。然后介绍竞争力的相关理论,比较分析民营快递、外资快递巨头、EMS这三种类型快递企业各自的优劣势和机会威胁,并作出概括总结,进行民营快递企业的SWOT分析,剖析民营快递企业的竞争力。根据前面所述提出民营快递企业应对激烈竞争所应采取的策略。随着政策法规的发展变化以及相关数据的充实丰富,对我国民营快递企业的研究可更加深入贴切,本文在末尾提出了对我国民营快递业进一步研究的展望,希望今后的研究更加出色。

【Abstract】 This dissertation quoted the conception of express delivery service. The private enterprises in express delivery service was born in early 1990s, and developed rapidly since then with their strong competence in China. There are some differences between core competence and competitive advantage, such as uniqueness and continuance. In express delivery service, private enterprises, MNE and EMS have their own strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats. After the SWOT analysis of private enterprises, this article got near to the competitiveness of them. In the end, the competitive stratagem for the private enterprises was suggested. At present, related law and policy in China is still ambiguous. What’s more, there are no authoritative data in express delivery service industry. So that it can be studied further in the future.
