网络计划技术在实际工程中的应用

【摘要】 网络计划是借助于网络表示各项工作和所需时间,以及各项工作之间关系的一种技术。通过网络分析,研究工程费用与工期之间的相互关系,找出在编制计划以及在计划执行过程中的关键路线。网络计划技术的主要特点是统筹安排,其优点在于能合理安排生产技术复杂、工作项目繁多且联系紧密的一些跨部门的工作计划,如新产品研制开发、大型工程项目、生产设备大修计划等。它还可以应用于人力、物力、财力等资源的安排以及报表,文件流程的合理组织等方面。曲靖卷烟厂9000公斤制丝线的改造,涉及到设备的修理、安装、检测及调试,还有土建工程中的拆卸、管道桥架铺设等。并且,该项工程还涉及到不同工种人员的配合及协调,以及各种资源的调配,新老设备及施工设备的调度等等。因此,9000kg/h制丝线的停产改造,直接影响了曲靖卷烟厂的生产和经济效益,如何在尽可能短的时间内保质保量地完成改造任务是改造中迫切需要解决的问题。本文运用网络计划技术,找到相应的关键路线,然后运用工序分解法、立体施工作业法、时间调换法、提高人员素质法对关键工序的时间进行压缩,最终实现压缩总工期18%。实践证明,此种方法是非常有效的,从而缓解了曲靖卷烟厂的生产压力,降低了停产损失。

【Abstract】 The network planning is a technology that represents works and the time needed to complete them, as well as the relationships between them with the help of networks. Through network analysis, the research of the relationship between project expense and time limit for a project can be made to find out the critical path in the process of determining plans and in the implementation of these plans. Making overall plans is the main trait of network planning techniques. Because of this, it can arrange some cross-functional project plans containing complex production technology rationally in which there are various projects with close relation between them, such as the development of new product, large-scale project, the repair plan of production equipments and so on. It also can be applied to the arrangement of resources like manpower, material resources, financial resources and the reasonable organization of report form, file flow and so on.The reconstruction of 9000kg tobacco production line in Qujing cigarette factory involves the repair, installation, examination and debugging of those equipments; the disassembly of the building; the construction of pipeline and bridges. Moreover, this project also involves the coordination of different type of workers and various resources, the dispatchment of new and old equipments and construction equipments should also be considered. So the production and economic performance of Qujing cigarette factory are affected directly by the reconstruction of 9000kg tobacco production line, how to complete this reconstruction in the time as short as possible assuring the quality and quantity is the problem needed to be solved immediately.In this paper, through using the network planning technique, the key path is found, then the methods of working procedure decomposition, operating in three-dimensional space, time exchange, and improving the quality of people are used to cut down the time needed in the critical procedures. Finally, the time used in the whole project is reduced by 18%.Practices prove that this method works very well, this reduces the production stress of Qujing cigarette factory and the loss due to the stop of production.
