水利工程中水泥搅拌桩支护结构的应用研究

【摘要】 水利工程中传统的基坑开挖往往采用放坡大开挖的方式,占空间很大,而且受施工、气候和地形等外界因素的影响较大。对于某些受外界因素影响而无法采用放坡大开挖方式的基坑可采用水泥搅拌桩支护。水泥搅拌桩由于具有造价相对较低,节约钢材,且止水挡土效果好等优点,在基坑支护工程中广泛应用。本文首先介绍了有关基坑工程的发展状况,并对基坑工程的内容、特点,常用的围护结构形式及其选择,基坑工程的设计、施工和深基坑支护设计的区域性特征作了简单的阐述。同时,对深层水泥土搅拌桩的发展状况、分类、适用性作了简单分析,并进一步深入讨论了水泥土重力式挡墙的相关内容。以浙江省温州市戍浦江河口大闸工程为背景,对水泥搅拌桩支护方案的设计进行了研究,采用有限元法对水泥搅拌桩支护结构的变形、内力及周围土体的土压力和土体位移的变化规律进行理论研究,讨论了基坑开挖深度、桩插入比(入土深度与基坑深度比值D/h)、水泥搅拌桩支护墙宽度以及抗剪强度指标取值和翼墙桩基对支护结构的影响。通过理论计算与原位测试数据的对比,总结出有关动态设计、信息施工、监测等一系列成熟的经验,不仅达到修正和完善现有工程设计的目的,还为今后类似工程的设计提供的参考。

【Abstract】 The traditional method of hydraulic foundation pit engineering is slope excavation, which usually occupies large area and has many influent factors such as construction, climatic condition and land form and so on. Some projects influenced by these factors can adopt the cement deep mixing pile of deep excavation in hydraulic foundation pit engineering. The cement deep mixing pile is a form of supporting structure intensively using in hydraulic engineering due to the merits of the low cost, saving of rolled steel, good effect on the anti-seepage.At first, the main characteristics and development of foundation pit engineering are introduced and usual analysis theory in design are viewed in this paper. Then the project of cement deep mixing pile in foundation pit shoring are studied in detail based on the gate of Shu-pu River in Wenzhou of Zhejiang Province. The shear strength parameters of the soils is of significant importance in analysis and calculaion, so the choose of strength paramers based on different standard or coding is especially discussed. In addtions, the finite element method is adopeted to compute the deformaion, stability. At the same time the influence of excavation depth, pile length, width of retaining wall and the exsiting pile under the wing wall on the behaviour of the foundation pit support are discussed.Finally according to the comparision between the calculation results and measurement in field, the informational construction is applied during the construction and some useful conclusion are made. The design ideas and technology management can be helpful to other similar projects in hydraulic foundation pit engineering.
