心脏脉冲信号采集用纬编智能织物的研究

【摘要】 近年来,电子信息智能纺织品成为技术织物领域的热点研究课题,它将微电子、信息、计算机等技术融合到纺织品中,通常包含传感器、驱动单元和控制单元三部分,能按照预先的设定采集信号,并能对信号做出处理及反馈。本课题在国内外对电子信息智能纺织品研究理论的基础上,系统研究了心脏跳动数据采集理论,自行设计织制一种心脏脉冲信号采集用智能织物,应用此织物进行人体穿着测试,绘制心脏跳动数据曲线。实验数据显示,所研制的智能织物能初步检测到心脏跳动数据,实验结果达到了预定的目标,实验方案具有可行性。本课题设计的智能织物主要包含两部分:心脏跳动数据采集系统和纬编针织物结合体。数据采集系统中,本课题应用新型的PVDF压电薄膜传感器采集心脏跳动数据,其灵敏度高,能准确采集人体心脏跳动数据,且与人体接触安全舒适,可紧贴皮肤,使用方便;应用高性能单片机ADuC824对数据进行处理,代替传统采集系统中的数据处理、微处理器和输出接口三部分,能够满足所需数据处理的要求,且结构大大简化;通过设定芯片内部程序及外围电路,应用MAX232芯片与电脑串口相连,可将采集数据直接显示在电脑上。在针织物结合体选择过程中,本课题创新的应用一与人体胸围接近的圆柱形等效模型进行织物压力的测试,采用一劲度系数较小的弹簧放置于织物与等效模型之间,根据力的相互作用,近似求得织物的压力,通过与公式计算的压力比较可知,此等效模型所测压力满足测试要求。本课题选择不同的针织物结合体与数据采集系统结合制成智能织物,进行心脏跳动数据采集测试。经测试可知,所设计的数据采集系统能较准确地采集到心脏跳动数据。在平静状态下,不同织物结合体在同一伸长时,随着织物张力的增大,数据采集系统的采样初始值和最大值均增大;同一织物结合体在不同伸长时,张力越大,采样最小值和最大值均相应增大;在运动状态下,数据采集系统的采样频率增加,试样结合体在相同伸长下的采样初始值和最大值均增大。本课题的研究理论、实验方法和实验数据能为后续智能纺织品的研究提供重要的理论和实践基础。本课题研制的智能织物是一个粗糙的模型,还有许多要改进之处,需要进一步完善。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the intelligent textiles with electronic information become the key point in technology fabric field, in which the micro-electronics technology, information system and computer system are integrated. Generally, the intelligent textiles are composed of three parts: sensors, drivers and controllers. They can collect signals according to the previous setting, and can process and feed back the signals.According to the theories of intelligent textiles with electronic information home and abroad, we study the heartbeat data collection theory systematacially in the thesis, and design a kind of intelligent fabric which can collect the heartbeat signals. We use the intelligent fabric to test the heartbeat, and draw the heartbeat data curve. The experiment data indicates that, the intelligent fabric can collect the heartbeat data and the experiment result achieves the required purpose, and the experiment method is feasible. The designed intelligent fabric includes two parts mainly: the heartbeat data collection system and the weft knitting fabric association.In the data collection system, we use PVDF piezoelectric film sensor to collect heartbeat data, which is sensitive and can collect the heartbeat data exactly, and the PVDF piezoelectric film sensor can be used safely and be used to touch the skin directly; we use the high performance singlechip ADuC824 to process the data, which replaces the three parts in traditional data collection system: data processing, microprocessor and output interface, and it can reach the requirement of data processing, and also the configuration of the system is simple; we can set up the procedure of the chip and its external circuit, and use a MAX232 chip to connect with the computer, and the collected data can be showed on the computer directly.In the selection of the weft knitting fabric, we use a columniform model which is approach to chest circumference to test the fabric tension, and place a spring between the fabric and the model to test the fabric pressure according to the reciprocity of the strength. By the comparison of the pressure which is made from the formula, we can know that the pressure tested by the columniform model can reach the testing target.In the thesis, we use different knitting fabric to combine with the data collection system and use the intelligent fabrics to collect the heartbeat data. According the testing result we know that the designed data collection system can collect the heartbeat data exactly. In the quiet state, when different fabrics have the sameelongation, the initial value and maximum value of the testing data are increased along with the increase of the fabric tension; when the same fabric has different elongation, the minimum value and maximum value of the testing data are also increased along with the increase of the fabric tension; in the athletic state, the collection frequency of the testing system is increased, and the initial value and maximum value are also increased with the same elongation of the knitting fabric.The research theory, the experiment method and the experiment result of the thesis can provide important value of theory and practice for the follow-up research of intelligent textiles. The designed intelligent fabric is a rough model, and it need to improve and perfect further.
