渤海LD10-1油田聚合物驱实验研究

【摘要】 旅大LD10-1油田位于渤海辽东湾海域,于2005年1月28日顺利投产,它是旅大LD油田群投产的第一个油田。油藏具有高温、高矿化度和胶结疏松等特点。目前,该油田海上生产设施运行平稳,已开井20多口,日产原油超过5000m3,单井产量良好。海上油田一般具有储集层孔隙度大、渗透率高、非均质性较强和原油黏度较高等特点,如果采用陆地油田早期注水开发方式,不仅耗时长且采收率低。为了缩短油田开发周期和提高油田整体开发效果,中海油天津分公司提出在新投产的旅大LD10-1油田开展早期聚合物驱油试验研究。本文从海上油田开发实际需求出发,针对海上油藏地质特征和流体性质特点,利用室内物理模拟实验方法,对旅大LD10-1油田早期注聚的可行性进行了研究。在65℃条件下,对初步筛选出的几种聚合物溶液和聚合物凝胶体系进行了黏度性质特征、流动和吸附特性测试,并从中筛选出性能较好的聚合物和聚合物凝胶体系进行了室内驱油实验。结果表明,早期聚合物驱或聚合物凝胶调驱不仅大大缩短油田开发周期、节约操作费用,而且最终采收率也比中后期实施聚合物驱的高。结果还表明,在化学药剂费用相同条件下,聚合物凝胶调驱的增油效果要好于普通聚合物驱。在室内研究工作的基础上,旅大LD10-1油田实施了单井聚合物凝胶调驱试验。矿场试验资料分析表明,旅大LD10-1油田早期聚合物凝胶调驱见到了增油降水效果,这为该项技术大规模推广应用提供了依据。

【Abstract】 Lvda 10-1 Oilfield is located in Liaodong Bay of Bohai Sea,which was put into production smoothly on January 28th,2005,and which is the first oilfield that have put into production in Lvda oilfield groups. The reservoir has the characteristics of high temperature, high salinity and loose cementation. At present, the operation of producing facilities in this oilfield is stable, and there are more than 20 wells that have been put into production, and the producing of crude oil output per day has exceeded more than 5,000 and the output of every well is fine. Since the offshore oilfield has the characteristics of the bigger porosity, the higher permeability, the more serious heterogeity and the higher crude oil viscosity. It will not only take more time, but also the recovery ratio will decrease if it carries on the early stage water-injection development like the oilfield on land. In order to curtail the oilfield development cycle and enhance the oilfield whole development effect, Tianjin Subsidiary company of CNOOC proposed that the test study of polymer flooding in early stage shoud be conducted in Lvda 10-1 Oilfield. Therefore, according to the geological characteristics and fluid property and the practical demanding of offshore oilfield, making use of the experimental method of indoor physical simulation,we do some researches on the feasibility of polymer flooding in early stage in Lvda 10-1 Oilfield. Under the 65℃condition, we do some tests on the viscosity property, flow property and adsorption characteristic test for several kind of polymer solutions that have been selected firstly. And we do some indoor flooding experiment for the polymer and cross-linked polymer system with good property that have been selected. The results show that the chemical flooding in early stage can not only shorten the oilfield development time, save operating cost, but also has a higher recovery efficiency than that of middle-late stage. The research results also indicate that, in the condition of same cost of chemical agent, the productive effect of the polymer gel flooding is better than that of polymer flooding. In the indoor research work foundation, Lvda 10-1 Oilfield implemented the test of single well polymer gel flooding. The data of field test indicated that, the early stage polymer gel flooding in Lvda 10-1 Oilfield has had the function of increasing oil and decreasing water, this has provided the basis for the large-scale promotion application of this technology.
