基于专利本体的产品创新设计技术研究

【摘要】 专利是世界上最大的信息源,其内容包含了世界科技信息的90-95%。专利信息是蕴含在专利文献中的关于申请专利的发明创造的技术内容、专利保护的范围以及谁拥有专利、专利是否有效等内容的信息。有效地利用这些专利信息,将对产品创新设计起到事半功倍的作用。本文将针对产品创新设计的需求,通过建立专利本体的方法,分析和表达专利文献中隐含的创新知识,并在TRIZ创新理论的支持下,探索一种基于专利本体的产品创新设计技术。文章首先根据专利的特点及产品创新设计的需求,建立了专利本体;之后,以TRIZ理论中技术系统进化理论、冲突矩阵理论为依据,提出了基于专利本体的产品创新设计方法。以此方法为依据,借助Protégé本体编辑工具,开发完成了基于专利本体的产品创新设计支持系统。并应用该系统完成了新产品的开发。

【Abstract】 Patent is the biggest information source in the world, which contains 90-95% world technology information. Patent information is contained in the patent literature on the application of patented inventions of the technical content, the scope of patent protection, who owns the patent and validity of the content of such information. Effective use of patent information will play a multiplier effect in product innovation design.This article will focus on the needs of product innovation design, establish the patent ontology to analyze and express the implicit innovation knowledge in patent literature, and explore the research of patent ontology based product innovation design technology by the support of TRIZ innovation theory.Firstly, the article establishes a patent ontology according to the patent features and needs of product innovative design. Then Raised patent ontology based product innovation design method by technical system evolution theory and conflict matrix theory, both of which are contained in TRIZ. According to this method, developing the support systems of patent ontology based product innovation design by ontology editing tools like protege. Lastly use the system to complete the development of new products.
