【摘要】 进入新世纪,京津冀区域已被政府部门、学术专家公认为我国经济发展的第三增长极,京津冀区域发展将成为我国未来十年经济发展的引擎。2005年京津冀两市一省的“十一五规划纲要”相继出台,从中我们得知三地区在未来五年中都要进行不同程度的产业结构调整和升级,并都希望加强京津冀区域内的合作。因此,在这个时候我们既需要研究京津冀区域过去的产业分类、各产业的总产值和增长指数,还需要分析京津冀区域目前的社会发展水平、产业资源禀赋状况和产业发展优势。通过对过去产业分工布局的研究和现在三地区社会发展水平及资源禀赋的分析,我们就能推测出未来几年中京津冀三地区主导产业新的定位和分工布局。最后根据三地区“十一五规划纲要”的要求,提出促进京津冀区域内产业合作对策建议,使京津冀区域经济发展上一个新台阶。这也是本文研究的主要目的。本文一共分为五个部分,大致内容如下:第一部分为导论,分别介绍了选题背景、有关概念的界定、京津冀相关研究综述、本文的研究框架和方法以及本文的创新之处。第二部分是西方区域产业结构理论、区域经济分工理论和区域经济联系理论的介绍。第三部分是京津冀区域产业实证分析。首先对北京、天津和河北的自然历史社会概况作了介绍。其次,分别从需求、供给和科学技术三个方面对三地区社会经济发展水平及其变化作了分析。最后,对三地区2000-2005年三次产业作了详细的研究和分析。第四部分是京津冀区域产业结构变动因素研究。在应用第二部分产业结构变动理论知识的基础上,分析了“十一五”期间三地区影响产业变动的因素。第五部分在对京津冀三地区产业趋势展望后,提出了三点建议:第一,深化京津冀区域产业结构调整和区域内产业分工协作;第二,加强区域内产业集群建设,打造京津冀区域内产业的亮点;第三,加强区域内交通体系构建,推动三地区生产要素快速流动。更多还原

【Abstract】 With entering new century, Beijing-Tianjing-Hebei Region is recognized No.3 increase regional by government and scholar. They think that Beijing-Tianjing-Hebei Region will be the economics engine of our country within ten years. In 2005, Beijing, Tianjing and Hebei promulgated their own "the eleventh five-year program" from which we could learn three districts would go on different adjusting and up-date on industry and the corporate within the inner of districts in 5 years. Thus at this time we not only need study previous industries sort, all industries values and increase index etc., but also analyze the level of society development, resources and the advantages of various industries. By above study and analysis we could infer the leading industries of Beijing-Tianjing-Hebei Region and division. Last, according to "the eleventh five-year program" this paper put forward corporation suggestions of Beijing-Tianjing-Hebei Region. I hope that that could make the economics of Beijing-Tianjing-Hebei Region better, which is the purpose of this paper.There are five parts as follows:First, there is introduction of this paper, which includes background of the topic, definition, summarize of previous study on Beijing-Tianjing-Hebei Region and the new ideas.Second, there are western theory of regional and industry.Third is the concrete evidence analysis of Beijing-Tianjing-Hebei Region. At the beginning the nature, history and society of Beijing-Tianjing-Hebei Region are introduced. After that in terms of demand, supply and science technology analyzed change of society and economics development of Beijing-Tianjing-Hebei Region. Last but not least study and analysis three industry detailed during 2000-2005.Fourth there is changing factors of industry structure. According to change theory of industry structure of second part analyzed changing factors of three districts during the eleventh five-year.Fifth there are three suggestions on the industries development of Beijing-Tianjing-Hebei Region in the feature. Firstly, deepen the adjust and division of Beijing-Tianjing-Hebei Region. Secondly, deepen to construct industry gather. Thirdly, deepen to construct the system of communication.更多还原
