城市供水管网地理信息系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 城市供水管网是支撑和保证城市经济发展及人民生活的重要基础设施。随着我国经济建设的迅速发展和城市规模的日益扩大,对城市供水管网提出了更高的要求。但是借助图纸、各类卡片来管理城市供水管网的传统人工管理方法,己越来越难以满足实际需要,对错综复杂的管线网络管理起来非常被动。因此使用计算机,借助地理信息系统技术对供水管网的规划、设计、建设、运行及维护进行科学管理,已势在必行。城市供水管网地理信息系统是利用GIS技术,在建立管网空间、属性数据库的基础上,管理供水管网空间和属性信息的综合信息系统,以此来实现供水管网管理的全计算机操作,提高供水管理的效率、质量和水平。系统的建立是城市供水信息化的发展要求。本文结合相关信息系统设计原理,并利用当前先进的地理信息技术、组件技术、数据库技术和管网建模技术,针对供水行业的需求和特点,提供一套供水管网地理信息化平台的解决方案。主要从供水管网的研究背景和现状、GIS二次开发、系统需求分析、总体设计、系统功能实现等几个方面对供水管网系统进行了详细说明和设计实现。城市供水管网地理信息系统包括六个子系统:1.数据管理子系统;2.查询统计子系统;3.管网管理子系统;4.模拟生成子系统;5.事故处理子系统;6.系统维护子系统。系统采用面向对象的分析设计方法,将功能强大的组件式地理信息系统开发控件—MapObjects与可视化程序开发语言Visual Basic相结合,建立一个集输入、编辑、管理于一体,能够快速提供准确供水管网信息,并能实现管网数据与图形数据管理、数据快速查询与统计、事故紧急处理、模拟生成分析等功能的综合管理系统,从而大大提高供水管网管理的效率、质量和水平。

【Abstract】 Urban water supply network is the important basic establishment for supporting and ensuring the economic development & living of people. With the rapid development of economy construction and the extendibility of the city, it commands the higher requirement. But the tradition manual work management on the basis of varieties of drawings and cards is more and more difficult for the actual requirement. The management for the sinuous network becomes very passively. So using computer, by virtue of technology of GIS to carry through scientific management for layout、design、construction、function and maintenance has come to be imperative under the situation.Urban water supply network geographic information system is a compositive information system which uses GIS technology to manage water supply network spatial & attribute data based on establishing spatial & attribute database. And so to realizes the computer operation, Enhancing the efficiency、quality and level of water supply network management. The establishment of the system is the development requirement for the Urban water supply informationization.Integrated with correlative information system design principles, taking advantage of up-to-date advanced Geographic Information technology, component technology, database technology and pipe network modeling technology, and aiming at demands and characteristics of water enterprises to provides a set of solution of water supply network platform based on GIS. Having a detailed explanation and design for the water supply network mainly from research background and status quo, second development of GIS, the analyse of system requirements, the design of collectivity, the function of system and so on.Urban water supply network geographic information system including five subsystems: I. Data Management subsystem; II. Query and Statistic subsystem; III.Pipe Network Management subsystem; IV. Simulation Create subsystem; V. Accident Handling subsystem;.VI. System Maintenance subsystem. The strong function GIS subassembly software MapObjects combined with the program language VB are adopted to construct a integration management system. It includes data input、data edit、data management function, and can providing truly and exact water supply network information quickly, and also can realizing the management of network data & graph、rapid query and analysis of data、accident instancy management、running analysis and so on. So it greatly enhances the efficiency and quality of the network management work.
