钻探参数无线数据传输系统的开发

【摘要】 随着微电子技术的发展,无线数据传输的技术已经很成熟,发射电路和接收电路都已实现集成化、模块化,其外围组成电路也趋于简单化,应用起来更简单、方便。在这种情况下,仍采用传统依赖电缆线的方法进行钻探现场参数数据的传输,将带来很多不便,并带来极大的人力、物力和资源浪费。如果能够在钻探现场和工作间之间实现参数数据的无线传输,将推动测量设备更新,实现工作间对现场施工的远程监控,必将大大方便技术人员现场监督管理工作,极大地提高钻探现场的现代化管理水平。本文在查阅大量相关文献,深入分析现代无线数据传输技术原理,对国内外先进的无线数传产品进行调研、借鉴和密切联系现代传感技术和数据采集技术的基础上,选取了适合本课题要求的无线数据传输模块SA68F49DL,以此为系统核心,设计完成了基于无线技术的钻探现场参数数据采集无线传输系统。钻探现场参数数据采集无线传输系统引入先进传感器技术,设计开发了基于V/F变换的数据采集单元,利用一对无线数据传输模块取代电缆线,实现了钻探现场数据采集与工作控制室上位机之间命令和数据信号的无线传输。并用Microsoft Visual Basic语言开发了运行于Windows操作系统的无线数据采集系统计算机软件,使计算机可以通过RS-232串口与无线模块进行通信,主要完成终端对数据信号的采集、显示和保存工作。本系统将先进压力传感器所拾取的压力信号作为本系统测试中模拟输入,使系统可对钻压和泵压参数进行测量。通过对整机系统进行的大量测试和对比,本系统得到了满意的测试结果。本系统的无线传输方法还是切实可行的,无线传输的数据还是很可靠的。本系统可以实现在钻进过程中参数实时采集、无线传输、远程监控、实时控制以及计算机分析与打印等功能,从而提高了钻进现场参数采集与记录分析的及时性、准确性、可靠性,大大方便了现场的监测管理工作。

【Abstract】 It is a large waste of manpower and material resources if the drilling data acquisition still depends on the traditional wire transmission with the development of microelectronic technique,which make the wireless product integrative and modularization. Wireless transmission of drilling data between the field and the workshop can make the measurement simplified and realize long-distance watch and make it convenient to monitor in fieldwork.Based on the reference of vast correlative papers , fully analysis of modern wireless transmission technology and principle,and research of advanced wireless data transmission products in the world, and the reference of modern sensing technology and data acquisition technology, wireless data transmission module SA68F49DL is selected, which satisfies the requirement of the needed system.Wireless transmission between the data acquisition and the upper computer is realized through the substitution of a couple of wireless data transmission modules for cables. As the remote forepart, the data acquisition unit is composed of advanced sensor and singleclip. The upper computer software of wireless data acquisition system is written in VB and runs under Windows operation system, which has the ability of correspondence with wireless data transmission module data signal serial port. The upper computer corresponds with wireless data module through RS-232 serial port, and fulfills the realtime acquisition, display and saving of data signals. As the dialogue window of the operator and the computer, the software can select acquisition channels and frequency. In repetitious experiments, the whole system obtained satisfied result.The application of the system will make the field supervising more convenient.
