【摘要】 建筑业企业项目集成化管理是建筑业信息化研究的关键问题，它能够将孤立的应用连接成一整体，消除信息系统的孤岛，使系统资源和数据在统一平台上及时、准确、一致地被共享，为企业管理总体战略目标和多项目管理总体利益的实现提供管理与决策支持。本文提出的建筑业企业项目集成管理系统(Construction Enterprise Project IntegratedManagement System，CEPIMS)是在作者参考国际国内大量的相关文献，结合自身在建筑业企业管理、工程项目管理和建筑业企业项目管理领域的理论研究和实际工作体会提出。CEPIMS是在建筑企业项目管理组织框架环境下应用于建筑业企业面向对象“工程项目”管理的集成化管理系统。系统主要是为企业在资源有限情况下，面对异地分散、分布分层的多项目进行有效管理提供统一平台。本论文主要内容：1．分析了建筑业信息化发展动态、(MIS、PMS)信息系统的集成情况和研究成果，在此基础上阐述了本课题的必要性、意义和论文研究的对象、方法和主要内容。2．对企业项目管理、多项目管理、建筑企业项目管理进行了研究分析，阐述了建筑企业项目集成化管理的概念模型，在此基础上，提出了CEPIMS的系统集成化的范围。3．对相关技术进行分析研究，提出CEPIMS软件体系结构模型。4．对系统功能需求、企业的业务流程进行了分析，结合建筑企业项目管理组织结构的要求，提出CEPIMS系统功能集成模型。5．构建了CEPIMS的体系结构，建立系统功能框架并对子系统进行划分、定义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction enterprise project integrated management is always the key problem of the research on construction informationization. It links the isolated applications into a unity to dissolve the isolated island of the information system, make system resources with data in unifying terrace on time, accurate, with one accord drive share and it will provide support of the management and decision-making to realize the total strategy target of the enterprise management with the total benefits of the multi-project management.The below mentioned construction enterprise project integrated managemen system (CEPIMS) is proposed based on numerous relevant international documentations combined the theoretical research and the working experience of the author in the construction enterprise management, project management, construction enterprise project management. The CEPIMS is a kind of management system witch is applied for enterprise integrated management of facing to the object" engineering item" under the environment of construction enterprise project management organization. The system offering uniform platform for the effectively manage foreign land, the dispersion and distribute multi-project under the limited circumstance in resources of construction enterpriseThe contents of this thesis as following:1. After analyzed the process of the information development in construction, the general cases of the (MIS, PMS) information system integration and the research results, the background, necessity of this project, the investigative object, method, main contents of this thesis are expounded.2. After analyzed the enterprise project management, multi-project management, construction enterprise management, expatiating the concept model of the construction enterprise project integrated management and put forward the system integrated Scope of the CEPIMS.3. After analyzed and researched the related technique the analysis, putting forward the CEPIMS software system construction model.4. After analyzed the system function request and the construction enterprise business process, join together the requests of the construction enterprise project management, putting forward the CEPIMS system function gather model.5.
