高速公路收费站ETC车道设置仿真研究

【摘要】 高速公路收费站是高速公路交通的瓶颈地段,采用ETC(Electronic Toll Collection)电子不停车收费系统可以有效的解决这一问题,经过合理的ETC改建后的收费站不仅可以提高收费站的通行能力,也大大降低了车辆在收费站处的延误。为了减少收费站ETC改建的失误,论文探讨了适合我国国情的ETC车道布局并利用计算机仿真的方法探讨了收费站ETC车道的设置类型和数量。本文提出了适合我国国情的ETC车道布局的几种模式;分析了高速公路ETC收费站的交通流特性;创建了高速公路ETC收费站的计算机微观仿真模型;利用Visual C++编写了高速公路ETC收费站的计算机仿真程序ETPS,通过计算机仿真动画直观的反映出ETC收费站车辆的行驶行为并计算出收费站的效率指标;根据设定方案的仿真结果,分别分析ETC车道设置数量和类型、ETC使用率、MTC误入率对收费站整体服务水平的影响情况;最后,应用评价结果,寻求在不同的ETC改建时期、不同的交通量与不同的ETC使用率下,最适当的ETC车道配置类型和数量,为具体的收费站的ETC改建提供依据并为新建收费站的设计提供参考。

【Abstract】 The Highway Toll Plaza is the bottleneck of the highway, Electronic Toll Collection can resolve this problem effectively. A Toll Plaza which has been rebuilt reasonably can improve the throughput of the toll plaza and reduce the delay of a vehicle evidently. For reducing error in ETC toll plaza rebuilt, the dissertation present ETC lane configuration mode which suit the situation of China and evaluate ETC lane allocation using computer simulation.This dissertation present several ETC lane configuration mode which suit the situation of China firstly; then analyze the traffic flow characteristic of highway ETC Toll Plaza; a ETC toll plaza microscopic simulation model has been built up; a ETC toll plaza simulation software which called ETPS is developed using Microsoft Visual C++ computer language. ETPS visualize the characteristic of vehicle by simulation animation and result with toll plaza Measure of Effectiveness; depend on the simulation result, this dissertation analyze the influence of the performance with different location and number of ETC lane, different ETC vehicle proportion, wrong to ETC vehicle proportion respectively. Finally, the appropriate ETC lane type and number under different ETC rebuild period and different ETC vehicle proportion and different traffic volumes are identified to offer reference for toll plaza rebuild and design.
