国产环氧沥青防水粘结材料在水泥混凝土桥面应用研究

【摘要】 防水粘结层是桥面铺装的重要组成部分,沥青混凝土桥面的病害,尤其是早期病害表明,铺装结构中防水粘结层的设置至关重要。我国现有防水粘结层的理论研究和实践研究尚不完善,导致大量桥面铺装由于防水粘结层的选材和设计不当而过早破坏,因此从材料试验和力学分析的角度深入研究桥面铺装体系的防水粘结层具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。本文以环氧沥青材料作为防水粘结层的研究对象,以胶粘剂理论为基础,系统地阐述和分析了环氧沥青材料的物理化学特性及其固化特性。并从高聚物的角度分析了环氧沥青的材料属性和环氧沥青材料界面的粘附强度。以水泥混凝土桥面做为铺装对象,以桥面板与防水粘结层间的剪应力为切入点,从材料影响因素和界面影响因素两个方面分析环氧沥青防水粘结层对粘附强度的影响作用。采用有限单元理论对水泥混凝土桥进行剪应力数值模拟计算,同时借助剪切、拉拔等试验对环氧沥青防水粘结层进行试验检验。通过对防水粘结材料流变特性、蠕变特性及混合粘度等因素对粘附强度影响的分析,得出了该国产环氧沥青应用在水泥混凝土桥面上是完全可靠的。本文以长江第三大桥试铺段实体工程为背景,对环氧沥青防水粘结材料的施工进行了研究,认真分析总结了工程实践过程中可能出现的问题,为环氧沥青防水粘结材料施工的实时控制及施工质量的保障提出了相应的措施。

【Abstract】 The waterproof and adhesive layer is an important part of bridge deck pavement.The bridge deck diseases of Asphalt concrete,especially the early damages,indicate a fact that it is important to set the waterproof and adhesive layer in pavement structure.Nowadays in China,little studies on this topic is made,many bridge decks have diseased caused by the deterioration of waterproof and adhesive layer.So it has great theoretical and practical affection to study and analyze the layer in views of material and experiment.In this theme,based on epoxy asphalt material,systematically expatiating and analyzing physical chemistry characteristic and solidify characterstic of epoxy asphalt from adhesive point of view.In allution to concrete,this dissertation discusses in detail the stress of pavement and analyzes material and interface affect factor according to conglutinate intensity from epoxy asphalt.Adopting flexibility layer theory and the finite element mechanics method,the concrete and steel deck bridge are caculated by numerical value simulating.Then epoxy asphalt waterproof and adhesive layer are experimented by using sheer tests and other tests,validating the result of theorial analysis and numerical calculation,advancing the important mechanics index.Based on experimental project of The NanJing Third Yangtzi River Bridge, researching the real project about waterproof adhesive layer of epoxy asphalt and summarizing the problem that may happen in application, introducing measure of controlling and safeguarding qualitication.
