【摘要】 本文首先分析了水库旅游资源的类型、特征、开发研究的进展以及滨海水库旅游资源的基本特征。在此基础上就滨海水库旅游资源的开发思路、开发指导理论和生态旅游产品开发方向、旅游开发保障体系等问题进行了探讨。研究表明：石竹湖旅游区旅游资源较为丰富，包含了6个主类、10个亚类、25个基本类型；这些旅游资源具有较高审美价值、历史文化价值、科学价值、环境价值、游憩价值和保健价值。当前在旅游资源开发过程中还存在着一些诸如管理体制不顺、旅游产品单一等问题。鉴于此，本文把石竹湖旅游区划分为石竹山道教文化、石竹湖休闲观光等9个旅游功能区，设计了观光、休闲度假、运动、文化考察、宗教朝圣、祈梦文化、康体保健、美食、购物以及乡村旅游等类型的旅游产品，并对石竹湖旅游区进行自然生态景观以及人文景观的设计。要对石竹湖旅游资源进行开发，就必须通过电视、广播、报纸、杂志和互联网等媒体进行旅游宣传及市场促销，实行一些诸如安全管理宣传等方面的旅游安全保障措施，针对生物多样性保护过程中存在的问题提出了生物多样性保护措施，为实现水源保护的要求必须进行水源地保护，对游赏、游览设施、农林、交通和工程等土地进行合理利用，加大资金的投入力度，进行游客容量控制、生态环境建设、VERP工程和旅游区自然特色的保持等风景保育的措施，实现石竹湖旅游区可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis firstly analyzes the types, characteristics and developing pace of reservoir tourism resources as well as the essential features of the coastal tourism resources. Based on the above analysis it further probes into the issues concerning the ideas and guidelines to direct the development of coastal reservoir tourism, the directions to develop the eco-tourist souvenirs, and the systems to ensure the smooth development of tourism. The research shows that Shizhu Lake is affluent in tourism resources, which consists of 6 main classes, 10 subvarieties and 25 fundamental types, and has great aesthetic, historical, cultural, scientific, environmental, recreational and sanitarian values. However some problems, such as unfavorable management system and singleness of tourist souvenirs, etc., still exist in the process of tourist development. Owing to these shortcomings, the paper classifies Shizhu tourist attraction into nine functional areas like Shizhu Taoist Culture Area, Shizhu Recreation Area and so on, and designs a variety of activities including sightseeing, recreation, sports, culture visit, religion pilgrimage, dream praying, health care, cate-tasting , shopping, rural travel, moreover it differentiates the attraction into natural landscape and cultural landscape.
