基于IMO规则的木材船安全装运研究

【摘要】 我国木材需求量的快速增长,给我国木材航运市场提供了一个很好的机遇。在运输木材的过程中,船东或租船人为了追求经济效益,通常木材运输船都尽可能在甲板上多装货,此类装载状况下的船舶稳性大多不足,为木材船的运输安全带来了隐患。木材船甲板货物积载,造成船舶水线面以上面积大,受风的影响对稳性的改变不能忽视。为了保障运输的安全,针对木材船的特殊性,IMO对木材船的稳性衡准提出了和普通货船不同的要求。我国及其他国家如日本、加拿大在IMO的决议基础上,对IMO的提议提出了自己的补充修正方案。基于此,如何快速直观的判断木材船是否满足各项稳性要求成为我们要研究的问题。 本文以船舶静力学和IMO船舶稳性准则为主要依据,对更能直观反映木材船稳性的许用重心高度在各项稳性衡准要求下的核算方法进行了探讨,并用程序实现了如何直观方便判断木材船是否满足各项稳性要求。 本文首先介绍了我国木材船运输的现状,对木材船装载的特点、船舶结构、装载能力的确定以及木材甲板货的堆装系固进行了阐述。其次在木材船大倾角状态下,对甲板木材的渗透率进行了计算,并说明了甲板木材浮力对静稳性曲线的影响,阐明了木材船不同装载状态下如何进行稳性调整。然后根据IMO对木材船的稳性要求,提出了快速准确核算木材船许用重心高度的思路和方法。最后,以Visual Basic 6.0为平台,编程对TAIBAIHAI轮在装载木材和原木情况下的实际营运过程中的可行性进行了验证。

【Abstract】 The fast increase in timber demand of our country provides a very good opportunity to the timber shipping market. In the process of timber transportation, the ship-owners or charters of timber vessels always try their best to load more cargo on board, which brings hidden danger for the safety of timber transportation for the stability of those vessels are mostly insufficient. Because the stowage of deck cargo on timber ship, the area above water plane is very big, the change of stability caused by the effect of wind can not be neglected. In order to safeguard the security of the transportation, IMO bring forward different requests for timber vessel on stability criterion considering the particularity of timber vessels. Our country and some other country like Japan, Canada put forward their own complementary amending plan to the IMO proposition on the foundation of the IMO resolution. So this thesis focuses on how to give quick judgment of the stability of timber vessels.According to the ship’s statics and stability criterion, this article discusses the calculation method of permitting height of barycenter under different stability criterion request, which can reflect the stability of timber vessels more intuitively. Besides, this thesis also realizes the automatic judgment by programming that if a timber ship can satisfies each stability request.This article firstly introduces the present situation of timber vessel transportation, expatiates the loading characteristic, the structure, the determination of loading capacity, the stowage and colligation of timber vessel. Secondly, this thesis calculates the penetration coefficient of timber on board under great inclination angle condition, and explains the influence to metacentric stability of the buoyancy of the timber on board, illuminates how to adjust the stability of timber ship under different loading conditions. Then, according to the IMO stability requests of timber ship this article advances a way to examine and calculate the permitting height of barycenter of timber ship. Finally, takeing Visual Basic 6.0 as the developing platform, this thesis programs to verifies the feasibility of vessel TAIBAIHAI under the condition of carrying timber and log.
