【摘要】 包供调度MIS系统是维护电网安全生产的重要手段,是调度管理的一个重要的组成部分。本文首先介绍了国内外调度MIS的发展现状和发展趋势及包头供电局调度MIS的发展现状及发展趋势,从而提出B/S模式作为包供调度MIS开发模式是适应包供调度管理生产现状的。本文详细的阐述了包供调度MIS的总体设计思想,并提出了具体的开发方案。最后对包供调度MIS系统的主要功能,图文并茂的进行了详细地介绍。包供调度MIS系统的设计和开发将对提高包供的调度管理水平和提高生产效率具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dispatching management information system (MIS) of Baotou Power Supply Bureau is not only an important measure of maintaining network security, but also a significant component of management. This paper introduces the development of the domestic situation and development trend of MIS, besides the MIS of Baotou Power Supply Bureau is also referred too. And the B/S mode that was suited for the dispatching management of Baotou as the designed mode was put forward in this paper. This paper described the design ideas of MIS in detail, and presented specific programs. Finally, the main functions of MIS are introduced by chart and text. All these above, we can concluded that the design and exploitation of MIS are meaningful in improving the management level and productivity.更多还原
