基于Web的电力地理信息系统的研究

【摘要】 电力地理信息系统是利用地理信息系统技术,实现电网安全运行、维护、管理和经营活动正常运转的一门综合性的科学和技术。传统的电力地理信息系统多采用基于文件共享的低级分布式结构,成本高,操作复杂。为此,本文提出一种基于Web的配电网地理信息系统解决方案,该方案采用三层结构的理论进行系统构架,通过空间数据库Oracle Spatial存储地理信息数据,并着重研究了电力地理信息系统空间数据建模的方法,最后利用研究成果开发了献县供电公司WebGIS系统,并投入运行。实践结果表明基于Web的电力地理信息系统具有大规模降低成本、操作简单、充分利用系统资源等优点,得到了相关部门的好评。

【Abstract】 The Power Geography Information System is a kind of synthetic science and technology. It makes use of a Geography Information System Technology to realize the power network’s normal activities, such as safe running, maintenance, management and operation. Most of the traditional Power Geography Information System adopts low-class distributed structure which is based on the share of files, so the cost is very high and the operation is very complicated. For this purpose, this paper addresses a solution program of Power Geography Information System based on the Web technology. This program adopts the theory of three-tiered structure to frame the system and uses Oracle Spatial to restore information data. It focuses on the method of modeling spatial data of Power Geography Information System. Finally, the WebGIS system of Power Supplying Company in Xian town is developed by utilizing the software product and made into circulation. The practice result indicates that the Power Geography Information System based on Web technology has the advantages of reducing cost on a large scale, operating briefly, and making full use of system resources. Therefore, it obtains high praise of relative sectors.
