采用电子商务理论的网络收电费系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 近年来电网系统的经营出现了亏损现象,根据电子商务市场理论中的经典理论-长尾理论的分析,如果能将分布零散但数量众多的民用电用户市场集中到一起,将形成一个庞大的市场,此问题的解决能对电力系统产生巨大的经济效益,进而为扭转经营亏损的现象起到重要的作用。本文分析了近年来在互联网电子商务领域流行的长尾理论,并根据长尾理论分析了电力系统市场的实际情况,构架了基于微软多层模型构架的网络收电费系统的解决方案,并最终实现了采用电子商务理论的网络收电费系统。

According to the power system analysis and The Long Tail Module of the actual market situation. reverse operating losses have come to a conclusion about the issue Arrearage civilian electricity. and the multi-model framework based on Microsoft’s online tariff pay system solutions. And make the tariff collection system into reality.
