【摘要】 历史进入二十一世纪,激烈的市场竞争和快速变化的市场需求使新技术的生命周期急剧地缩短,企业面临着不断缩短交货期、提高产品的质量、在提高服务水平的前提下降低成本的压力。在这种情况下,生产企业要想生存和发展,必须采用先进的制造技术和管理方法,其中加强供应管理无疑是企业迈向成功的至关重要的一步。因此,生产企业要想在市场竞争中获取更高的利润,拥有更大的竞争优势必须要有先进的供应管理系统。本文以NMGM集团供应管理现状分析为研究主题。首先对NMGM集团的背景进行了简单的介绍,并论述了集团供应管理系统中存在的的问题;第二,提出了现代供应管理理论;第三,介绍了准时化的采购思想,准时化采购与传统采购的区别就在于它是为订单而采购,这就需要建立新的有不同层次的供应商网络,并且需要一种新的合作模式——供应商战略联盟和合作伙伴关系;第四,阐述了供应商选择的理论知识,其中提出了几种供应商的选择方法并深入研究了层次分析法(AHP)的供应商的选择方法;最后,本文根据企业目前供应管理实际情况和发展目标,运用了准时化采购法以及利用AHP方法选出了包装材料的优秀供应商,构建了新的供应管理系统和流程模型,使NMGM集团供应管理系统得到了优化和完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the 21 century, with the intense competition and transient demand ,the life cycle of new technology is shorted sharply. The enterprises face the pressure of cutting short lead-time , improving product quality and lowering the price based on better service. In this case, production enterprises must adopt advanced manufacture technologies and management methods to survive and develop,and it is very important for the enterprise to strengthen supply management. With the support of good supply management system, enterprises can gain greater profits and more advantages in the market competition.This thesis, which theme concerns the current situation of managements system of NMGM Group. First, the thesis concisely introduces the background of NMGM Group, and discusses problems of group supply managements system; Secondly, the concept of supply management system is raised;Thirdly, It is essential to introduce the Just-in-time (JIT) theory into the purchasing and supplies management .The difference between JIT purchasing and adversarial purchasing is that Just-in-time (JIT) purchasing is driven by order, and this difference requirements a new vendor network distinguished from before and needs a new cooperate pattern-strategic alliance and collaborative partner with vendors. Fourthly, It introduces the theory of choosing vendors in the supply management system, of which provides several methods for choosing vendors and makes thorough analysis on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP); Finally, To build the supply management system in NMGM Group ,this thesis adopt methods of Just-in-time (JIT) and selects vendors of by methods of (Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP ) , which makes the supply management system of NMGM Group optimized and more complete.更多还原
