方钢管与混凝土缝隙试验及方钢管混凝土组合异形柱研究

【摘要】 本文分析了目前方钢管混凝土柱的理论研究成果,并对比了方钢管混凝土柱承载力三种计算理论,即统一理论、拟钢理论和叠加理论。研究了叠加理论的制定思路及理论基础。方钢管混凝土组合异形柱作为一种新的异形柱形式,是由单根方钢管混凝土柱通过缀件连接组合而成,其最突出的特点是具有灵活的截面形式。由于在住宅建筑中应用异形柱,可以增加房间使用面积和空间、方便装修、美化整体效果等;因此,在全国大力推广住宅钢结构体系的背景下,方钢管混凝土组合异形柱将具有广阔的发展前景。本文用超声波试验对L形、T形和十字形三种截面方钢管混凝土组合异形柱构件进行了检测试验。根据测点声速,声幅及波形等参数确定出钢管内壁与混凝土之间缝隙位置,对部分方钢管混凝土组合异形柱构件进行了剖切试验,并对切割断面进行了观察和实际测量。针对现场超声波检测的相关数据分析和剖切试验得出:钢板与混凝土之间在外力组合作用下存在缝隙,甚至造成二者之间脱空。缝隙和脱空量及脱空范围与施加力的大小成正比。观测结果验证了超声波检测数据的准确性。依据理论分析和钢管混凝土超声波检测试验数据,提出了采用叠加理论计算方钢管混凝土组合异形柱的实用性和合理性。基于强度叠加理论的方钢管混凝土柱计算方法简单、物理意义明确、安全度高,可以方便地应用于实际工程设计中。通过分析现有叠加理论公式,指出了目前叠加理论中需要解决的三个主要问题,即轴压力分配、截面回转半径、整体承载力提高。在此基础上,提出了本文的叠加理论计算公式。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the result of research on concrete-filled square tubular structure was analyzed, and the calculation theories of three kind of concrete-filled square tubular column, which are unity calculation, similar steel calculation, and superposition calculation, were analyzed. This paper pays more attention on notions and theoretical foundation of simple superposition calculation.Special-shaped column composed of concrete-filled square steel tubes is a new type of structural member. Flexible section is its distinct characteristic. Indoor area and space can be enlarged, and decoration can be convenient, while special-shaped columns were designed in buildings. So, special-shaped column composed of concrete-filled square steel tubes will be used widely, with country-wide popularization of the steel structural buildings.Supersonic flaw detecting tests were carried on for the special-shaped column composed of concrete-filled square steel tubes specimen, including L-shaped section, T-shaped section and X-shaped section. According to the parameter such as velocity, frequency and the style of wave, Incision test was carried on for some specimen so as to observe and to measure the gap in section cut apart. So the conclusion is drew that there exist the gap under the exterior forces between steel and concrete and even cause totally apart; the gap and the scope of apart depend on the force. Then accuracy of Supersonic flaw detecting was tested.For calculation method, the superposition theory, which is of simple calculation, of clear conception, of reliable safe, is verified to be suitable for the calculation of concrete-filled square steel tubular column, because of the supersonic flaw detecting and the theoretical analysis. Three problems, which are distributing coefficients of axial pressure, section turning radius, increase of bearing capacity, are point out, according to analysis for existing formula of superposition theory. Then, this paper introduces a new calculation method of superposition theory.
