感应加热电源数字控制及智能控制方法研究

【摘要】 本课题主要以串联谐振型感应加热电源为研究对象,通过分析其负载特性及调功控制方式,选择不控整流加逆变移相调功控制方式,其中重点分析感性移相式PWM感应加热电源调功控制方式,及其在自关断器件MOSFET组成串联谐振逆变器中的应用,并深入分析了感性移相式PWM控制方式调功特性及其软开关实现。同时针对感应加热电源这个具有复杂的参数时变性,结构非线性的工业控制对象,基于对模糊控制方法的探讨,研究设计模糊-PI复合控制的移相调功智能控制器,达到了传统控制无法达到的控制效果。并通过在MATLAB/Simulink环境下建立了感性移相PWM感应加热电源的系统闭环控制模型,进行了移相式感应加热电源系统仿真研究。在理论分析的基础上,设计了1kW/100kHz感性移相式感应加热电源的主电路及控制电路,同时重点研究感性移相式PWM感应加热电源的数字化实现,提出了一种新颖的移相式感应加热电源的锁相移相功率闭环数字控制方法,并设计基于TMS320F240 DSP的感应加热电源锁相移相闭环调功数字控制系统,同时搭建了1kW/100kHz移相式感应加热电源实验平台,完成了系统闭环控制,实验结果验证了本文理论分析的正确性及控制方案的可行性。

【Abstract】 In this thesis, the series resonant induction heating power supply was mainly discussed. By analyzing its load characteristics and power regulation scheme, an induction heating power supply structure with uncontrolled rectifier and phase-shift PWM power regulation strategy was selected, in which the inductive phase-shift PWM power regulation method and it’s application in MOSFET power supply was particularly studied. The characteristics of phase-shift PWM control method and its full bridge soft switch realization was lucubrated. In the meantime, aiming at the complicated time-variant parameter and non-linear structure of the induction heating power supply, Fuzzy-PI power controller was designed basing on the discussion of Fuzzy control, and simulation results show that the Fuzzy-PI control method have better effect than tranditional control method. The close loop simulink model of phase-shift PWM induction heating power supply was established under MATALB/Simulink environment, and the system simulation research was implemented with the established model.On the basis of theoretic analysis, the main circuit and control circuit of 100 kHz/1kW inductive phase shift induction heating power supply was designed. The digital control of the phase-shift PWM induction heating power supply was studied primarily. A new close loop software PLL and phase shift power regulation strategy was proposed to realize the digital control of the power supply, and the whole digital close loop control system was designed based on DSP TMS320F240. Subsequently, 100 kHz/1kW power supply exiperiment platform was constructed, and the system close loop control was completed on the platform. Finally, the experiment results demonstrate the validity of theoritics analysis and the feasibility of digital control strategy.
