【摘要】 印刷机系统故障领域中,系统内部故障种类繁多,且存在着大量的模糊现象。这种模糊现象反映在印品质量问题与其对应的印刷机故障上,表现为同一故障征兆由多个故障原因引起,或同一故障原因对应多个故障征兆,这样就很难快速准确地找出故障原因,及时排除故障。因此,本文将故障树分析法与模糊数学理论相结合,建立了基于模糊数学的印刷机故障诊断数学模型,提出一种简便、可靠的印刷机故障诊断方法。本论文具体工作和取得的结论如下:1、根据印刷机工作原理,以及影响印品质量的各机构运动关系,对印刷机诸多故障现象及其对应的故障原因进行了机理分析和关系研究,为故障诊断知识库的建立提供了基础数据。2、在分析了典型印品质量问题及其原因的基础上,将印刷机故障现象与原因通过故障树形式直观、明了地表现出来,建立了印品上常见故障的故障树。通过对其最小割集的计算,完成了对故障树的定性分析,帮助操作者对出现的故障进行初步诊断,为印刷机结构与性能的改良提供了发展方向。3、考虑到印刷机故障的复杂性、模糊性,为克服由于故障树交叉引起的故障诊断歧点,开展了印刷机故障的模糊诊断方法研究。应用模糊数学理论,通过查阅资料和实地取样,将搜集的数据进行统计计算,建立了行之有效的隶属函数,并构造了模糊矩阵,以带阈值的最大隶属度原则进行诊断,从而弥补了传统故障树分析法只能解决“非此即彼”问题的不足。4、基于VB语言及SQL Sever数据库,以某机型印刷机生产维修数据生成诊断知识库,自主开发出印刷机故障诊断原型应用系统。该系统通过人机界面和用户交流的方式,根据用户键入的故障征兆选项,自动引导用户逐步进行诊断,确定故障原因,并给出相应的故障排除方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are great variety faults in press system, most of which are blooming. The blooming reflects the relationship between fault sign and fault reason that is the same fault sign corresponding with several reasons, vice verse. It is difficult to identify the factual reason. FTA is the fault analysis method that is fit to solve the complicated system. Therefore, this paper combines FTA with Fuzzy theory. Based on fuzzy theory, the mathematical modal of press fault diagnosis is built. The simple and reliable method is applied, and the some modal number press is taken for example to analyze.The main work done in this paper are:1. According to the press operating principle and the kinematical relation of each mechanism induced fault, the relationship between fault sign and reason is analyzed, and studied. The data base is supplied for fault diagnosis system.2. Based on the fault analysis , the fault tree is built, which can indicate the relation of fault sign and reason visually and obviously, and qualitative analysis is done, namely gaining min cut set. This work provides progress direction for the improvement of the structure and performance of press.3. Because of the complexity and fuzziness of press fault system, intersect of fault tree is always appeared. Therefore, this paper applied the fuzzy theory to offset the drawback of conventional FTA. By means of repeat proof, effective membership function is built, and fuzzy matrix is structured. Lastly the max membership grade principle is applied to diagnose.4. Based on Windows XP platform, VB and SQL Sever language is utilized to develop the press fault diagnosis utility system. There is a diagnosis knowledge base in the system. The user can step by step diagnose through the way of man-machine conversation. Lastly the reason is confirmed, and the eliminated method is supplied.更多还原
