基于神经网络的曲轴最佳滚压参数研究

【摘要】 发动机曲轴圆角滚压工艺、设备及其相关技术的研究已经成为当前汽车工业发展,特别是轿车工业发展不可或缺的关键技术之一。但是到目前为止,国内外对曲轴滚压的工艺研究尚不是十分充分,如曲轴材料、残余应力状态、滚压工艺参数等因素对滚压层和曲轴疲劳强度的影响方面还缺乏系统的研究,曲轴滚压参数的选取、滚压效果的评价还没有一套科学合理的方法。本文就是针对实际生产中发动机曲轴圆角滚压工艺参数问题展开较为广泛而深入的研究。本文主要工作为:1.对发动机曲柄连杆系进行了比较系统的运动学和动力学分析,得到曲轴在具体工况下的受力分析模型,为有限元分析提供必要的数据。2.对曲轴圆角分别进行了具体工况下的静态有限元分析和加工静态滚压有限元分析,并对结果进行了具体分析。3.基于Matlab根据改进的正交算法编制了曲轴圆角滚压中各因素对残余应力影响的正交试验设计的程序,对曲轴圆角进行滚压正交试验。4.基于Matlab编制神经网络程序,得到比较稳定的网络,并运用在曲轴滚压后残余应力的预测上,得到了最佳残余应力与滚压参数之间的对应关系,为滚压工艺与设备提供了可靠的依据。本文基于最佳残余应力理论,首先利用ANSYS有限元软件对480Q曲轴具体工况进行有限元模拟,得到对应的最佳残余应力。同时用DEFORM有限元软件针对此曲轴进行滚压试验,得到数组不同滚压参数对应的残余应力。然后利用神经网络进行训练得到滚压参数与残余应力的对应关系。最后,利用此网络找到与最佳残余应力对应的最佳滚压参数,为实际生产提供可靠的依据。

【Abstract】 The research on engine crankshaft rolling craft, equipment and correlative technology has become one of the key technologies which are favorable to current auto industry development, especially to saloon car industry development. But by far, the research both here and abroad on crankshaft rolling craft hasn’t enough, for example, it lacks systematic research on influences that crankshaft material, residual stress state and rolling craft parameters act on rolling layer and crankshaft fatigue intensity, besides, it lacks a suit of scientific and rational methods on the selection of crankshaft rolling parameters and the estimation of rolling effect. Therefore, the paper spreads wide and deep research aiming at the problem of engine crankshaft rolling craft parameters in the actual production.The main work in this paper includes: 1. It carried through relative systematic kinematics and dynamics analysis of engine crank connecting link system and got force analysis model of crankshaft on the concrete work state, and it provides essential datum for FEM analysis. 2.It made a static FEM analysis of concrete working state and a machining FEM analysis, and it made a concrete analysis for the results.3.Based on Matlab, it worked out the program of orthogonal test about every factor affects residual stress during rolling and it made orthogonal test.4.Based on the Matlab, it worked out artificial neural network(ANN)program and got relative steady network, and it was utilized for prediction of residual stress after rolling, at the same time, it got corresponding relation between rolling parameters and residual stress and it provides rolling craft and equipment credible references.Based on the theory of the optimal residual stress, the paper used firstly ANSYS to make the simulation aiming at concrete working state and got corresponding optimal residual stress. At the same time, it used DEFORM to make fillet rolling experiment and got many groups residual stress aiming at different rolling parameter. Then it used ANN to get corresponding relation between rolling parameter and residual stress. Finally, it got optimal rolling parameter aiming at above optimal residual stress using the ANN, and it provides actual productioncredible references.
