装配式楼盖钢管砼框架体系的整体性能研究

【摘要】 钢管混凝土具有很多优良的结构性能,在多高层建筑中得到了越来越广泛的应用。目前对钢管混凝土的研究还主要集中在基本构件方面,但是对钢管混凝土框架体系整体性能的研究还处于起步阶段。针对此种现状,本文对装配式楼盖钢管混凝土框架体系整体性能进行探讨。 本文用有限元软件ANSYS对一10层多跨钢管混凝土框架体系性能进行分析。通过时程分析法计算得到不同含钢率的钢管混凝土框架在多遇及罕遇地震作用下的框架侧移、顶点加速度及底层柱底剪力,并与钢筋混凝土框架进行比较,研究其整体抗震性能。其次,用静力法对高效预应力装配式叠合楼板水平刚度进行分析;用时程分析法对装配式楼盖钢管混凝土框架体系抗震性能进行分析,并对此种结构的经济性能进行探讨。 研究结果表明,与钢筋混凝土框架相比,钢管混凝土框架在多遇地震作用下,其抗震优越性并没有显示出来;但在罕遇地震作用下抗震性能优越,并且截面含钢率越高,抗震性能越好。在多遇地震作用下,用统一理论与分离式建模得出的计算结果很接近,但在罕遇地震作用下却稍有差异,因为在较大的力作用下钢管壁与核心混凝土之间产生滑移,而分离式建模并没有考虑二者之间的滑移。由于叠合层的存在楼板刚度受板缝的影响较小,受力性能接近现浇楼板;在多遇地震作用下,装配式楼盖框架结构与现浇楼盖框架结构性能接近,但在罕遇地震作用下,装配式楼盖框架结构有较好的延性;与现浇楼盖钢筋混凝土框架相比,装配式楼盖钢管混凝土框架综合经济效益显著。 最后,作者对于钢管混凝土框架结构在多高层建筑的应用中存在的一些问题进行探讨,并提出自己的见解。

【Abstract】 Concrete Filled Steel Tube (CFST) is becoming increasingly popular in high-rise buildings because of its excellent structure advantages. But most of the research on CFST is about the components instead of the whole frame structure. The multi-story frame structure of CFST is mainly studied in this paper.In this paper, we adopt Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to analyse the performance of a 10-story CFST frame structure. We get the displacements, acceleration and shear forces of the frame by using timelist method, comparing with the ones of reinforce concrete frame structure. Then, the paper discusses the level stiffness of combined fabricated floor and studies the performance and the cost of the CFST column structure with combined fabricated floor.The results show that the CFST frame structures are difficult to exhibit their high seismic performance under minor earthquake, but they have high seismic performance under severe earthquake .The displacements of the frame structure based on united method is close to that based on seperated method under minor earthquake , but different from the ones under severe earthquake. The reason is that the separated method has not considered the slippage between the steel tube and core concrete under severe earthquake, but the united method has. The paper shows that the influence from the slot of the combined fabricated floor to the floor stiffness is slight. The study shows that, under the minor earthquake the performance of this kind of frame is similar to the one with cast-in-place floor, but excellent performance under severe earthquake; the cost of the frame is lower than reinforce concrete structure considering all aspects.Finally, the paper elaborates the feasibility and necessity of CFST frame structure in the multi-story buildings and proposes solutions of the existing issues.
