冲击响应谱试验技术研究

【摘要】 在力学环境试验中,用冲击响应谱考核飞行器遭受的各种冲击,是目前冲击试验技术的发展趋势。但是冲击响应谱试验技术的发展在国内还比较薄弱,怎样简单模拟各种力学环境要求的冲击响应谱是推广冲击响应谱试验的关键问题。本文在理论分析的基础上,采用计算机仿真详细研究了冲击响应谱的实现方法并进行了试验验证,对开展类似的响应谱试验具有一定的指导意义。 在理论计算方面,推导了单自由度系统固有频率和响应峰值的关系,比较了几种冲击响应谱的数值计算方法,而以其中的一种方法为基础编写了冲击响应谱计算程序,并进行了程序的可靠性验证。 在计算机仿真方面,应用有限元方法进行了冲击响应谱的仿真分析,采用跌落式冲击台安装谐振板产生冲击响应谱的方法,对谐振板的固有频率及边界条件等因素和冲击响应谱之间的关系进行了较为详细的研究,得出了影响冲击响应谱的关键因素,并设计出了一套能够简化谐振板产生冲击响应谱的方案。 在试验验证方面,完成了谐振板的设计及安装调试,通过改变冲击激励条件,获得了不同的响应谱曲线,对计算机仿真结果进行了验证。

【Abstract】 In mechanics environmental test, it is the current tendency of shock test development that using shock response spectra (SRS) to assess aerial vehicle suffered diversified shock. However, due to the weak foundation of SRS testing technology in domestic research development, the crucial technical issue of generalizing SRS test is to make SRS realized in laboratory, which can simple simulate all kinds of mechanics environmental testing. In the dissertation, based on the analysis of theory, the method to realize SRS in laboratory was researched in detail by using the computer simulation. And this method is verified in test. The work done in the paper is significant in direction for doing the similar response spectrum test.In the area of theoretical calculation, the relationship between the natural frequency of single degree freedom system and the response peak is derived. Additionally, after studying the difference of several computing methods about SRS, one of them is selected. A computation program for SRS is written based on this selected method, and it successfully passes the program reliability verification.In the area of computer emulation, first, using the method of finite element, the drop test which generates SRS from dropping resonance plate onto shock platform is simulated. Then, a more detailed research about the relationship between SRS and the influencing factors such as natural frequency of resonance plate and boundary condition is done. Finally, the key influencing factors of SRS are gotten, and a plan, which can simplify generate SRS from resonance plate, is designed in the dissertation.In the area of laboratory verification, the design of resonance plate is completed. Furthermore, installing and testing this plate is also done. Then, diversified SRS curves is obtained by changing shock excitation condition, and the result of computer emulation is verified.
