汽车制造企业供应物流中的仓储管理系统优化研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的迅猛发展和世界经济一体化趋势的逐步加强,国外的汽车企业纷纷进入中国汽车市场,使我国汽车工业面临着更加动态多变和竞争激烈的市场环境。越来越多的企业通过引进先进的物流理念、运作经验和物流技术,来增强企业竞争力,扩大企业的发展空间。本文以某个汽车企业的仓储中心为研究背景,针对企业中管理系统的不足之处,进行优化研究。论文主要从四个方面开展优化工作:将ABC分类法与模糊评判法结合,应用到汽车零部件库存分类中,建立合理的库存分类模型,实现货物的分类管理;应用订货点法和多阶段规划法进行库存量的控制,设计方法流程图,实现降低库存成本、保证生产流畅通的目的;以精益管理思想为指导原则建立全新的仓储作业流程,以此提高管理的信息化水平,提高工作效率;应用储位编码方法对货位进行编码,在作业流程中添加分配库位模块,实现货物智能存取功能。最终,根据优化的方法在原有的仓储管理系统中增加四个子系统,即库存分类系统、库存控制系统、资源分配系统和储存定位系统。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of science technology and the strength of economic globalization, China automobile market is occupied by foreign automobile enterprises, which makes our automobile industry face to variable market and drastic competition. For strengthening competition and expanding development space, more and more enterprises introduce advanced logistics theory, experience and technology.In this thesis, a storage center of one automobile enterprise is taken as research background, and the optimization is carried out on the shortage of the management system in the enterprise. The four aspects are mainly optimized in this thesis: ABC classification is combined with fuzzy evaluation, which is applied in the inventory classification of automotive parts, and a right model is established for the classification management; the stock is controlled with order point and multistage programming and the flow charts are designed for reducing the inventory cost and assuring the smooth production; lean management concept is taken as the principle to establish a new flow chart of the storage work for improving the information and efficiency; the coding method of the goods position is applied and the module of assigning goods position is added to the work flow for stocking and supplying intelligently. Finally, four subsystems are added to present WMS, namely, inventory classification system, inventory control system, resources distribution system and storage location system.
